                      This property is available for as a vacation rental 1 July - 31 August 2013. The rates listed are peak season rates.

                      We would also consider trading houses September 2013 to June 2014 if you have a 3-5 bedroom house located close to University of Victoria.

                      Damage deposit of $750 and 50% rental fee required to confirm reservation. Final payment and cleaning fee required 30 days prior to check-in date.

                      Damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of check-out assuming no damages beyond normal wear and tear.

                      $120 cleaning fee
