Our family condo is located on the Ramshead and Easy Access run on the mountain with ski in/ski out on the Disciples Ridge chairlift.
We just recently purchased and closed on the condo and have posted on VRBO beginning January 1, 2013.
Like most of the Disciples condos, ours can be rented as either a 4 Bedroom or a 3 Bedroom condo (rate will vary). The Disciples Village condo has 3 levels and the lower walkout is a separate owners suite that can be combined to make it a 4 bedroom/4 bath condo that sleeps up to 18.
* The Master Bedroom Suite is on the main level and has a king size bed and a private bathroom.
* The Guest Room is also on the main level and has 2 full beds and is next to the main bath.
* The open loft is on the upper level and has 2 full beds and a private full bath.
* The lower level ( which can be included or separated from the upper two levels ) has a large bedroom with a 2 Queen Size beds and a full bath. We we will not rent owner's unit seperate from the 3 bedroom/3 bath upper unit.
The main level has a nice kitchen, lots of windows, tall ceilings and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is nicely equipped.
The lower level is a true walkout and has nice windows and a slider that opens to a patio. It has a nice kitchen with an eating bar, 6 person table and a nice living area. The lower level has a stacked washer & dryer.
We have stayed in a number of the Disciples condos and find them all to be similar and enjoyable on the main and upper level. The lower levels have a variety of configurations. Ours is configured for family living space and nice overflow space from upstairs...rather then lots of additional bedrooms.
You will find our Disciples Condo to be nicely decorated, nicely laid out and furnished, well equipped, in great condition and very clean.
The pricing is for the main upper condo in the 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom configuration (sleeps 10-12). Please request if you prefer the 4 bedroom configuration(sleeps up to 18).

We recently visited Boyne Mountain for the first time and stayed at this property. We have two kids (14 and 11) and everyone loved it. Spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable with brand new duvets and linens. The location right on one of the ski runs made it easy to get started skiing in the morning and for stopping for breaks or lunch to warm up near the gas fireplace. We will be going back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We went up for a long ski weekend, condo was as described, clean, spacious and located off of Disciples run. Bring a sled, there is a sled hill directly across the ski run. The ski run closes at 4:30 so you can sled anytime after that, my girls really enjoyed that and sled every evening. Will rent again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: Our family returned to Michigan in 2010 and found the winters at Boyne to be the 3 - 4 best months of the year. Our children have enjoyed the skiing in the winter and the lake in the summer. For the parents, the golf and day trips to Bay Harbor, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw Island and Lake Michigan let us enjoy a 'new' vacation each week and weekend we come up.
Why the Owner Chose Boyne Falls:
With an active family, the slopeside ski in/ski out allows the everyone the ability to enjoy the skiing at their own pace. If the kids are hungry, they can just ski in for a snack or lunch. Most enjoyable is just watching the skiers from the deck.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Is a true, ski in/ski out unit on the slope (unit 676 and the owner's unit 677). Behind the condo is a great sled hill for the kids that is one of their favorite things to do. After a long day of sking, they look forward to doing something different.
