whichever is greater, must be received within 7 days of the booking.
Visa & MC Credit Cards accepted. Cancellation fee: $50.00 + CC charges. Dog fee is
$100 and is non-refundable. A check-out cleaning fee of $90 also applies.
Payment in full plus Sec Dep is due 30 days prior to check-in.
The Sec Dep will be returned within 30 days of check-out, minus any
adjustments for damages or electric costs over $75.00. Check-in time is
4:00 PM on the 1st & Check-out time is 11:00 AM on the last day of the month.

Saugaro National Park is 10 minutes, the gateway to the 9650' Mt Lemmon recreational area is just 5 minutes, Sabino Canyon Recreation area is only 8 minutes away. There are miles of hiking & bicycling, shopping, restaurants, health clubs and Udahl recreation facility is at your door step. It's, without a doubt, the nicest area of Tucson to vacation and live. Our Vacation Rentals are all in these foothills and you will love them all.

Suzanne is a native of the St Louis / Belleville, Illinois area. She moved to Breckenridge, Colorado in her 20's and had a highly successful property management and Real estate career. Kent transplanted to Colorado in the 1960's from Boston. An accomplished skier, he also built a business career in both retail ski shops, and Real Estate. Breckenridge is a top ski area resort community which specializes in short term, furnished condo rentals. Tired of so much cold and snow, we moved to Tucson in the mid 90's and have Loved it! We own a residential Real Estate Brokerage, Arizona Real Estate Brokers, and also own numerous Furinshed Rental Properties in the desirable Northeast foothills of Tucson.
