My condo is located in Kuilima Estates West with eighteen acres of lush, beautifully landscaped grounds, trees, plumeria and hibiscus.
The kitchen is fully renovated with new counters, lighting, four seating stools with new fabric covers, Jennaire kitchen appliances. Clean Condo, upgraded the living room with new AC and remote control plus a new ceiling fan in Master Bedroom and wall mirror. Added new kitchen small appliances, quality cooking sets, wine glasses, blender, coffee maker and maps of the Islands. Relax after a day at the beach or in the ocean with Hawaiian art decor and pleasant ocean breazes. Golf twilight in front of Condo only $15.
The Condominium features one master bedroom with queen-size bed, full closet and lots of space. Full bathroom in hallway next to master bedroom. The loft as a second bedroom has new full and twin beds and new shower bathroom upstairs including an office desk setup if you should need one. This year added a new luxury glass shower door in the loft bathroom upstairs and has a ceiling fan.
The condo features a tiled entrance way, tiled kitchen and bathrooms. The living room has new wood floors, carpet in master bedroom and loft upstairs. It has high vaulted ceilings, with beautiful views of coastal mountains, Turtle Bay golf course, coral trees, birds singing and located on the North Shore of Oahu.
The combined Turtle Bay Resort has thirty-six holes of championship golf, including discounted twilight play and Lei-Leis excellent dining. Turtle Bay Resort offers more fine dining and ocean views at the poolside bar, beach side casual restaurant, or sit down dining in the resort. Free beach access is available.
The Turtle Bay Kuilima Point area is a beautiful Hawaiian place for family outings. Take advantage of many activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, white sand beaches, walking, relaxing, and viewing the daily sunsets. December offers the Triple Crown of Surfing held at nearby Sunset Beach, Pipeline and Haleiwa Beaches, brings the top surfers from all over the world. Great waves here.
The Turtle Bay Resort area features superb snorkeling close to condo and local North Shore fruit markets, famous Kahuku shrimp, shopping/dining at Haleiwa town, Waimea Bay Falls Hawaii State Park, Polynesian Cultural Center with live shows, luaus and hulas.
