Located in the lower village of Montecito, this whimsical exceptionally stylish modern home offers large light filled rooms, fine furnishings and all the necessities expected in a luxury rental. Upon entry, off the covered porch, the foyer offers two directions. To the left there is the media room with comfy seating, large flat screen tv. and fireplace, to the right you have your Great room with 2 story, sky-lit ceiling and kitchen that overlooks the dining and sitting area. French doors lead to a large newly built deck, pool area, spa and entertaining area complete with umbrellas, bbq and extra seating. The Remodeled kitchen offers double ovens, a gas cook top with overhead lighted vent, back splash with gorgeous sea green glass tiles, and granite counter tops. There is a pantry, large stainless fridge, dishwasher, and the sink has a large window with a view of the pool area.

Your own tropical paradise with blue pool edged with palms, and has a “waterfall” of 8 fountains in a wall of glass tiles. There is outdoor seating and eating, and on the ample deck off the kitchen, there is a BBQ. Location: Within walking or biking distance are beautiful Butterfly Beach and the world famous Biltmore Hotel. A short drive and you can visit the Santa Barbara Polo Club, the Montecito Country Club, the Santa Barbara Mission, Botanical Gardens, Stearns Wharf, drive along ridge roads in the Riviera” for incredible views. Wineries and cruises to the Channel Islands are also popular nearby activities that you can enjoy.
