We have stayed at Stan and Kim's chalets in cottage gardens 3 times. This was our first stay at Summer Breeze and it is incredible. The location to Gatlinburg, the view, the chalet itself are all the best we have seen . They do a great job at all the normal aspects of the rental but they also do a great job at the extras. Everything is spotless, well decorated and you have everything you could possibly need. If you want a great place, this is it! Thanks Stan!! It was a wonderful getaway. We will talk to you in the spring.

What a fabulous place to stay for our first visit to the beautiful Gatlinburg area! The home was even better than advertised! The private baths for each bedroom was a nice treat for our family gathering and you couldn't beat the views! Thank you for your responsiveness to our last minute requests! I think we would like to make this trip a tradition - and these properties will be on our speed dial! I loved how we were out in nature - yet only 10 minutes drive to the town of Gatlinburg.

Summer Breeze is amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Mostly beautiful weather. It rained all day one day but who cares when you have such a wonderful house to stay in and enjoy. The house is just as described. Very well maintained. I will recommend this house to everyone I know. We WILL be back.....I will put Stan on my speed dial..... Thanks again. What a great vacation! We live in Nashville and have been to Gatlinburg several times in the past, but never have we enjoyed ourselves as much. This condo was just perfect in every way. We took our children and Grandmother but there is more than enough space for a few families! The location is spectacular with breathtaking views. What made this condo better than the others on the mountain was the swimming pool. The pool was the icing on the cake for the kids. We also really injoyed the hot tub. THe condo was secluded and private but not "lonesome". I was able to see that the owner and his family took great care to see that it was something they would enjoy and wanted to share that experience with others. I would highly recommend a stay in this immaculate condo and we will be back every year if possible!

Summer Breeze exceeded our expectations. We have visited the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area many times but staying in Summer Breeze made it a whole new experience. The chalet is decorated beautifully with plenty of space and the view is absolutely breath taking. This is the only way to relax and enjoy family time. We can't remember ever having a better time and we will be back.
