Rental Rules 1. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 2. Smoking is allowed outside only. 3. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest making the reservation. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. The Homeowners are not responsible for the water level of the lake, any outages in relation to public utilities and / or cable television, weather, or any other acts outside of the direct control of the Homeowner. 8. Water and Septic: The property is on a septic system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1,000. 9. The boat residing at the dock is NOT for use of the Guests. 10. The Guests are not permitted to enter the garage. 11. Any cabinets that are locked are not to be accessed by the Guests. 12. All linens, kitchen accompaniments, electronics, outdoor accessories, or any items originally residing with the house are not to be removed and any items determined to be missing will be charged to the Guest.
