It is only one block from the ocean, the Sea Island Beach Club, and the Sea Island Tennis Center & Spa. The spacious living room features a wall of windows overlooking the rear terrace and grounds which is perfect for outdoor dining and entertainment. Plump sofas, a decorative fireplace with 50' flat screen TV above, flanked by built-in bookshelves, and game table and adjacent access to the terrace make this a lovely spot to relax. High speed internet and landline provided by Comcast.
Hear the ocean from the back yard while swinging in the hammock. Or sit by the fire pit on the terrace at back yard on a summer or winter night.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is lovely, inviting, very clean and well-arranged. It has a spacious feeling, can accommodate a crowd yet affords privacy for all with the nice-sized bedrooms and private baths. One small, cozy bedroom and bath is perfect for a single or teen. The patio and backyard area is a beautiful, natural garden setting, great for relaxing, reading, dining and gathering for a group. I particularly enjoyed my morning coffee out there. The house is in a great location for enjoying The Cloister and exploring St Simons and the surrounding islands. Several bikes, bocce ball, a hammock and games are there for fun. We would highly recommend the house to everyone! Our only regret is that we wished our schedule had allowed us more time to stay longer.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family has rented this cottage/home at Sea Island about six times over the past several years and it has become a favorite place of making memories. Sea Island is a very special resort and one of the finest in the world. This cottage is our favorite cottage due to its close proximity to the Cloister and the Beach Club. It is literally only a block away which makes it nice to walk back and forth when spending the day at the Beach Club or not having to get in the car to go to dinner at the Cloister. One of my favorite things to do each morning while the kids are sleeping in is to walk over to Cloister, get coffee and read the papers in front of the fireplace in the lobby during the winters or the solarium in summer. We also like the fact that the cottage not only has five bedrooms but also five and half baths, which makes it stress-free when everyone in the family wants to shower at the same time to get ready for dinner after a full day at the beach. We have found the home to be very comfortable and easy to enjoy. It has everything you would need to make for a relaxing vacation. Our favorite family activities are taking bike rides along the sidewalks on the island, playing world-class golf, the rifle shooting range, sitting around the fire pit on the back patio and strolling along the beach. We also found the owner to be very professional and fair with every interaction.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here for 5 days over New Year's Eve and had a wonderful time - this was the 2nd time we have stayed at the cottage. The house was beautifully appointed and offered more than enough living and bathroom space for our group of 8. The location was also ideal, as we had only roughly a 3 minute walk to the Cloister and the beach club, and getting off the island to restaurants, shopping, nightlife etc. took no time at all. Really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This beach cottage was a great place to visit for the week and we will definitely return for an extended stay. The cottage was perfect for all of the activities we are interested in; beach access, Cloister spa, tennis courts and gym are all a short 5 minute walk from the cottage and the bikes were a perfect way to get around. The cottage was spacious and provided all the amenities listed. The fire pit was used quite often given the colder weather. Sea Island is a wonderful place to visit and we will definitely be back to visit in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Comfortably updated home that fit our needs and accomodated two families. Very private yet walking distance to the beach and The Cloister. Just what we were looking for. The property was clean and well maintained and the owner could not have been more helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place is 300 miles from Atlanta, but we still find time to come here ever month to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. And who else can throw a party or schedule exciting events to enjoy like Sea Island Resorts.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Island:
Perfect location with relation to the Cloister Hotel, Beach Club ocean, and Spa and Tennis Center. Ride a bicycle or walk everywhere you want to go. This is the cleanest and safest beach in the southeast. The Island is protected with a manned gatehouse for security and privacy.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We ride bicycles to everything we do while there because of our great location. The back yard is maintained grass, cozy, secluded, with a hammock for relaxation. Spacious terrace with chairs and lounge is available for evening events. A table with umbrella protecting you from the sun is a perfect place to have a meal.
