As of January 2013: NEW 2 queen mattresses, mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, comforters, towels, curtains, sectional, TV's, dvd player, pot and pans set, sliverware, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine & clothes dryer and more. This home has a open and airy split floor plan with one bedroom on each side of the home. Each bedroom has a queen bed and all bedroom windows have both thick 2' blinds and lined curtains to block out light for a good nights sleep. The first bedroom has a large walk-in closet and new 32' TV. The dining room table seats 6 people. This home has both a living room towards the front of the home with a new large sectional and 42' TV. Towards the back of the home is the family room with 2 futons that fold down to a full sized beds if needed. The family room has large windows over looking the back yard and swimming pool. Walk out the glass sliding pocket doors to a large covered patio area all within the screened pool cage. Feel free to pick oranges and lemons off the trees when in season.
