About the owner: Ned and Kirsten live just outside of Denver and recently fell in love with the exciting, central LoDo/Riverfront Park location. We have three other VRBO properties--a luxury 9th-floor high-rise a few blocks away from this unit and also ski condos in Breckenridge and Winter Park--and we're thrilled this beautiful condo and its location right in the heart of downtown.
Why the Owner Chose Denver: This is a one-of-a-kind location--right on the creek, on a private drive, and just steps from downtown Denver. Please note: The condo is also near a train line. We actually really like it--trains are limited to 10 mph and aren't allowed to blow their horns in city limits.
