  My family had the pleasure of staying once again at this wonderful mountain/lake home. It is truly your home away from home. It has everything you need to cook, have fun, and relax. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out with the 3 levels. We love the porch overlooking a wonderful view of the lake with a swing and rocking chairs. It is so relaxing to sit and enjoy coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner out there. I have two girls age 11 and 13. They love the space as well as the boat house where they can get to the water to swim and have fun. We love being able to sit out on top of the boat house and relax as we watch them swim and float in the water. It is also nice to be able to enjoy the lake and the surrounding mountain attractions such as Chimney Rock. This home and area has a little something for all ages. We look forward to coming back soon.

  My husband and I plus my 2 sons, one wife and fiance stayed this past week at this house at Lake Lure. My husband and one of my sons had been working 6 and 7 days a week since the spring and really needed a restful vacation. This was just what they needed. We loved the house! It feels like home the minute you enter the door. Everything you need is there. I love the "woodsie" decor and just feeling very comfortable. The owners kept in touch before, during, and after for any needs we may have, which were really none. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I would recommend to anyone!

  This was our second visit to this cabin and we, once again, had a wonderful time. This cabin is cozy and quaintly rustic. There's plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the three bathrooms were a bonus! The grill is huge and the Jenn Air range helped us cook up some delicious pancakes. We spent most of our time escaping the heat wave by floating around in the quiet cove. This is a homey place that's just right for a big family get-together! At the end of the day, sit back in one of the three recliners and watch some TV on the Flat Screen or play some cards out on the porch. Relax and have fun!

  What an awesome time our family had here! This was a beautiful cabin! Very roomy! We had everything we needed available to us. The view was awesome! We had so much fun and we will be going again in the future! I would highly recommend this cabin if you ever go to Lake Lure!

  Our family had a terrific 3 night stay at this beautiful lake house. The house was very clean and well furnished with plenty of beds and privacy for a large family. Tucked away on a small cove meant very little noise but very nice views of the lake. It's location was a short drive to restuarants and grocery stores and we would recommend this rental to anyone. We will make a return trip and will definitly check the availability of this home first!

  We had a great time at this comfortable cabin! There was plenty of room for the entire family and the beds were great! You can go swimming or take the canoe out. It has a huge charcoal grill and nice porches to sit on. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon. It felt like staying at a friend's home!

  We had the most wonderful vacation here last week. There was something for everyone--my husband and me, our 3 year old son and my in-laws. My husband commented several times that he hadn't seen me relax as much in YEARS. Everything we needed was there, and the house was immaculate and very well furnished--plenty of room to spread out. We loved the scenary around the cove, swimming, fishing and especially sitting on the porches and boathouse deck. We plan to return again--many times!

  We have been so fortunate to stay at this lake house many times. It has been a wonderful experience for our family. The house is so warm and cozy with plenty of space. The porch overlooking the water with rocking chairs and a swing is so relaxing. It is the perfect getaway to kick back and relax. I would highly recommend this lake house jewel. It is your home away from home.

  My husband and I and three other couples rented the house for New Year's weekend this past year. It was absolutely perfect, and we all enjoyed our stay very much. We had coffee and lunch on the porches each day, and played cards on the boathouse dock. It was terrific, and I would highly recommend this house as a rental to anyone. Thanks so much!
