Wonderful vintage early 60's style home, with open floor plan and expansive ocean views. Fully updated kitchen has premium appliances and cookware. Linens and bedding are top notch. We had 5 people in our party and were very comfortable.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house is just perfect. A great location, close to all of the major San Diego attractions, and an amazing view! We loved sitting on the patio with a glass of wine and looking at the ocean! The house was immaculately clean and everything was very convenient. We traveled with my parents and son and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything that we needed to make several meals. There is a fantastic grocery just a few blocks away and Mike provided us with a helpful packet of info on everything that we needed in the area. The beach was just a short (steep) walk down the road. There were great walking trails at the bottom of the hill and plenty of places to enjoy the view and watch the surfers. We have been coming to SD every spring for several years but this was, by far, our best trip yet!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

I purchased this property because I love to be near and play on the ocean. Some of my most favorite things to do at this property are to go for a run along Sunset Cliffs shore line, Sailing, Hiking along the cliffs, going to the beach, watching and listening to the waves hit the shore line or barbecuing in the back yard with a glass of wine and spending quality time with my gal, family or friends
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Before purchasing this property I had been looking in the Point Loma area for the past three years. Never quite finding exactly what I was looking for but when I walked into the door of this property I feel in love with the view. Some homes I saw had a nice view but none were able to compare to this one.
