Spend the Winter Holidays in a pristine, beautifully decorated smoke-free condominium, in Highland Woods, just ten minutes from Gulf beaches. Highland Woods is a private, gated golf and country club community. New rental fees for the months of November & December 2007!

The condominium is on the fourth (top) floor of a building with an elevator. It has two bedrooms and two baths. It also has a living room, a den, a full kitchen, a nice dining area, and a lanai.

The dining area and lanai overlook the golf course. Some of these features can be seen in the attached pictures. The bedrooms have a king and a queen size bed, respectively, and there is a roll-away single bed, so it sleeps five.

There also is a separate, locked storage room (about 5X7) with room for beach supplies, bicycles, and golf equipment. The condominium has a full range of amenities. Those in the condominium itself include two tv's and dvd players, high speed internet connection, stereo, washer and dryer, full kitchen with all dishes, cooking utensils, microwave oven, dishwasher, telephone, and a full set of linens.

Those available at Highland Woods include seven swimming pools (one is just a few steps from the entrance to the building with the condominium, and one has a jacuzzi), and a range of other sports and club activities in a new club-house.

Highland Woods is located just north of Naples on US 41 (Tamiami Trail). One can access casual and upscale shopping and dining near the entrance to HWGCC.

Within walking distance of our community entrance, there are a major grocery store, restaurants, banks plus a variety of other stores. Within minutes there are upscale shopping areas, theaters, numerous restaurants and shops.

Transfer of the golf membership for rental guests at HWGCC is available for $300. That entitles renters to access to the golf course, use all of the club facilities, including swimming, tennis (including lighted courts), fitness center, and a new club house, etc.. There is an additional cart/greens fee of $40 per round.
