Enjoy vacationing at this tastefully decorated luxury condo only a block from the beach! Picture yourself relaxing on the deck enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean while sipping your favorite cool drink. On a really quiet night you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. If you want to feel the sand between your toes or take a dip in the ocean it is only a block away.
You can spend your days or nights on the boardwalk where there are all kinds of food, entertainment, 3 piers with amusement rides, and shopping! The boardwalk is only a short walk away. And as a bonus there are weekly free fireworks every Friday night starting June 29th. You can watch the fireworks from the boardwalk or take a blanket and find a cozy spot on the beach around Pine Avenue. If you don’t feel like leaving the house you can lay across the bed and watch them from the back bedrooms.
If you like to cook you are going to love our fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances at your disposal! With the open floor plan everyone can take part in the fun. The cathedral ceilings make it feel even bigger. The dining room is perfect for family dinners. If you like something more casual you can sit and eat at the breakfast bar. Then sit back and relax on the very comfortable sectional couch (that also has a pull out queen bed) while watching the flat screen TV or playing games with the family.
Down the hallway there is a large laundry room with a high energy washer and dryer. Continue down the hallway and there are 3 bedrooms (all with brand new w/w plush carpeting) and 2 full bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has 2 full beds. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The hall bathroom is a full bathroom with a beautiful granite counter vanity and bathtub/shower. The 3rd bedroom is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower and a double vanity sinks that also have beautiful granite counter tops. All the bedrooms have 32' LED LCD flat screen TVs.
This place comes with plenty of parking! The garage is large enough for one to two cars and you can park another car in the driveway in front of the garage. If additional parking is needed there is free parking on the street.

About the owner: My husband and I grew up in the Philadelphia area. Since we were kids we have been going to the Jersey shore for vacation. So it was only natural that when we decided to buy a vacation property that it would be in the Wildwoods!! We love everything about Wildwood - beaches, boardwalk, food, entertainment, and of course - the people!
Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood:
We fell in love with this condo from the minute we saw it! It has a great location, great view, nice wide street in the heart of North Wildwood. North wildwood has always been our favorite of the Wildwoods. We were thrilled when we found this condo. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The condo is very comfortable but yet luxurious. The builder put a lot of detail in each room and we tried to do the same when we furnished and decorated it. The condo also has an open floor plan that makes it easy for the whole family to spend time together. We also love to sit on the deck and just relax and enjoy the ocean air while watching the people go by.
It is also a plus that our favorite hoagie place is right around the corner!
