Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Saturday to Saturday is $1200.00/week.
* year round except for Christmas and New Year's.
$200.00/night plus taxes and cleaning.
$300.00/night plus taxes and cleaning. 12-24-09 to 1-3-10
Christmas/New Years weekly rate $1800.00
Taxes are 10%. Add a $100.00 cleaning fee to above rates.
A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Year Purchased: 2004
My folks purchased 1 of the first condos in Big Sky back in 1973 and I have been coming here ever since. I grew up in Montana and currently live in Bozeman which is about 45 minutes away. I have owned a business in Big Sky since 2001. I know quite a bit about the area and what I don't know I can always find out.
