We have a modern, fully stocked, kitchen for any needs you may have on your stay. This includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, and microwave. Our serving set serves up to 12 guests. You can cook for two or make dinner for an army complete with hot brownies for dessert. A complete list is available for review if you have any questions.

Dining room
You can eat in the kitchen at the peninsula, with the bar stools it seats three. Or you can eat in the dining room. Our table has 2 benches, 2 chairs and can easily seat 8 to 10 guests. If you need more space, additional leaves may be added to seat 12 very comfortably. 4 additional chairs are available
There is a sliding glass door that exits the dining room to the back patio. We have often sat on the patio at night and gazed at the stars or enjoyed the South Park breeze as it rustles through the aspens. The stars look much closer and brighter seen from our beautiful rocky mountain sky.
Living room
When you walk into our living room you will immediately want relax on the comfortable leather sofa or futon and cozy up to a movie with our 42” LED HDTV. We are ski and snowboard friendly, offering a storage area for all your gear near the front entrance.
Hall Bath
This bathroom is where the Washing machine and Dryer are located; it is furnished with a 4 piece bath set and towels for 6.
Master Bedroom
Our Master bedroom sleeps 5 very comfortably has a walk in closet and a spacious bathroom. There is a 4 piece bath set and towels for 8. Amenities in this room include.
