A short drive away you will find Casinos, Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, numerous golf courses and the restaurants, shops and art galleries of Scottsdale.
This fully furnished, (2100sq ft) three bedroom, smoke-free home, completed in Dec 2004, offers a warm and roomy home away from home, that will suit all your needs.
The ground floor provides an open airy feeling with a lofted two story living room with built-in entertainment center and dining area with a walk out to the patio. Your cooking needs are met in a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and ice/water refrigerator. Reverse Osmosis in the kitchen and Soft Water throughout the unit.
The ground floor is also host to a king size master suite complete with walk-in closet, double vanity and luxury tub. The second floor has a reading/TV room, queen size bedroom, full bath and two twin bed bedroom. An office area overlooks the first floor and has a computer.
The home offers a gas grill, cable, three televisions, DVD&CD players. A centrally located heated pool is a wonderful area with a mountain view to enjoy an evening by the fire or a barbecue in the Ramada.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Check in time 3:00 P.M. Check out time 10:00 A.M.
* Cleaning fee of $150.00
* Deposits: $395 refundable security deposit and 50% total rental amount required at time of reservation. Rental balance due one month prior to arrival date.
* The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market. If you cancel for any reason after we have confirmed your reservation, your deposit is nonrefundable unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a $65 Administrative Fee).
* Returned Check Fee: $25.

Our stay was truly outstanding. This home is beautifully decorated and the owners have done everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The area is quite nice and it's an easy walk to stores, shops etc. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. Dan and Jan (314)846-5548

This condo is extremely enjoyable. The condo is well equipped, and beautifully decorated. It was great to be able to walk to shops yet have a place away from traffic noise. The owners are a great family who do their utmost to make the renters feel welcome and comfortable in their home. We also felt Fountain Hills to be extremely beautful, and the people here have been very friendly.

Dear Visitor, We are very happy to announce that our retreat is completed. We had the opportunity to stay over the Xmas holidays and enjoy our new vacation home. I must say that I think we have thought of everything you may need for a wonderful stay all the way down to recipes, and blenders.
