At The Marbella Club you can enjoy a walk along a gorgeous private beach or relax in a comfortable chaise lounge with two spectacular beachfront pools. At the end of the day retreat to a fully equipped 1,600 square feet penthouse unit beautifully decorated in Caribbean style with beachfront views, 25-foot high ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped European style kitchen and air-conditioned in all areas. Master bedroom includes hot whirpool jacuzzi tub and private balcony.
The Marbella Club is located within the Palmas del Mar Resort Community. This is a gated, safe and secure resort with a 3,000-acre with diverse activities such as playing golf with beach views on either the Gary Player or Rees Jones Championship Golf Courses. You can also enjoy other activities such as the grandest tennis center in the Caribbean (22 courts), or just trot out at the Horseback Riding Center for a relaxing ride along the beach. From the new Yatch Club, you can always book a boat with scuba diving or snorkeling trips that you and your family will always remember. Within the community, there is the Palmanova center where you can find a mini market, gift shop, clothing store or dinner at one of the 6 restaurants, including the award-winning Chez Daniel.

We traveled with our 2 and 5 year olds to this amazing property. I would highly recommend it. As another reviewer mentioned, the balcony is very safe and the kitchen is well stocked. The pools are lovely, and the beach is perfect for children of all ages. The property looks exactly like the pictures. The owners are communicative, responsive, and kind. Palmas del Mar is accessible to everything. We plan on returning. The second bedroom can sleep a lot of children. As our kids slept in there, we did feel the need to "MacGuyver" the windows so that they could not be opened (we couldn't figure out a way to lock them).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Fantastic is the word I said over and over and over during our trip to Puerto Rico! Karla's villa is FANTASTIC! The villa is the nicest villas we have stayed at and we are frequent travelers and rent private homes, condos, cabins and villas often! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The balcony alone is nice- but add the view- wow! Our favorite memories from the villa were spent out on the balcony listening to the waves while sunning or star gazing. The inside of the villa is beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you need (except food!) The property is beautifully kept and has neat pools for the kids and a huge hot tub to relax in. The security guards are awesome and by the end of the trip we felt like we were getting to know them as well! Karla is such a honey and met us at the rental car to lead us to the rental home. We really appreciated that since this was our first (certainly not last) trip to Puerto Rico. Karla is awesome to work with and very professional. It can be really awkward to rent from someone you don't know in a county where you don't even speak the language. Karla immediately made feel at ease and I knew that this villa wasn't a scam! We traveled with our 3 young children (ages, 18m, 4 and 6). The villa was very kid friendly with no stairs in the villa, secure doors and we were not worried about the kids jumping off of the balcony as the balcony was very safe! The kids loved the pools, fountain, beach and of course the hot tub! Puerto Rico with small children is a blast! A beautiful villa in a VERY secure area with a breath taking view- what more can you ask for??? Karla- you have a real GEM!!!! We will be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
