We rented Ron and Kim's apartment for Orioles spring training and it was the perfect location. We found that even when we were not attending a ball game, we were in a great location to quickly get where we wanted to go - beaches, manatee viewing area, Ringling Museum, down to Venice and up to Clearwater and Tampa. We loved that the apartment is very quiet and private. It is very nicely appointed, perfectly clean, and spacious. It's a great place to unwind and relax when you are ready to be "home" for a while and relax. "Charming" is an understatement - it is a gem. Ron and Kim were perfect hosts. They were available in case we needed anything, but invisible when we didn't need anything. We will definitely rent it again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

It was great. Ron and Kim renovated a newer property and have set up a highly functional, new apartment in a Bradenton suburban location. I was skeptical at first, but I learned to enjoy the proximity to downtown Bradenton, McKechnie Field, and Pirate City. It was close to everything. I shall return!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

What a wonderful week at this nice rental unit, we cannot say enough great things about the owners, Went out of their way to make sure our stay was a good one, very clean, new and quiet neighbourhood, would definitely stay here again.Owner response: Thank you so much for your kind comments. The location was very convinient, the suite was comfortable and very clean and new. My security deposit was returned promptly. I would gladly stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.
