This first floor condo has a master bedroom with bath, a second bedroom offering a queen size bed, and a third bedroom with twin day beds that also doubles as an office; with shared a bath. There is pullout sofa in the living room. Washer & dryer, all kitchen amenities, and ceiling fans. New Bedding and linens provided. The over sized lanai with a large table that holds 6 and a chaise lounge chair, towel drying rack. TV's cable and internet included. The association includes a large enclosed pool area that has a hot tub, sauna, game room, bathrooms, book swap and an outside tanning sections. The tennis court has just been resurfaced, (we provide rackets and balls) and the buildings all repainted in 2012. Covered assigned parking and an elevator to boot.

Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: We were born & raised, and raised our daughters in the Boston/Cape Cod areas. We love boating, fishing, traveling, cycling, and the warm weather hence Marco. We are counting down the years until we may call Marco Island our full time home. Our family loves that it's summer all year round on Marco. Our parents also reside in Marco so we spend a lot of time with family.
Why the Owner Chose Stevens Landing:
Our family has been coming to Marco Island since 1995 and have owned in Stevens Landing since 2005. We purchased this Stevens Landing unit for three reasons, the third bedroom, the dock, and the people. The family loves the direct access to the gulf. We fish un bothered off the docks and bring home dinner. The tennis and pool are entertainments that has us staying put for days.

Stevens Landing is unique on Marco because it offers all the amenities the island has but is in an enclave of a natural peaceful setting off the beaten track. The Landing is waterfront and a boaters & fishing paradise with the 65 slips direct access and a private dock to fish off of.
