This very nice apartment is absolutly recommend for a nice vacation. Beautiful view at the caribbean sea, directly in the front of your apartment. Also we had a lovely nice pool in the front, good internet, nice kitchen and greate bedrooms. Close to the center, so you can walk to the restaurants and shops. Peter.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The water/electric utilities ARE also included in the rate. Due to the high costs of such usage on the island,we have been forced to set such usage within reasonable limits ($15.00 US Dollars per night) unless described otherwise at the object information. If this amount is exceeded (example- leaving the airco/air conditioning units on all day while not utilizing the balance should be paid.
Upon confirmation of your booking we request a ‘good-faith’ deposit of 20% of the total charges.
Remaining balance (80%) to be settled 4 weeks before arrival.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Tourist tax is extra $6.50 per person per night (children 15 and under excluded).
