Enjoy this pleasant condo that has been recently updated. It offers 2 full size murphy beds, a double size daybed, and a full kitchen with mini-washer and mini-dryer.
This large upscale studio has limited Ocean view from spacious private balcony. The location is very close to the beach, boardwalk, golf, restaurants, and Jolly Roger Amusement Parks. Everything is within walking distance!
A short drive within minutes of the condo location will take you to water sports, fishing, crabing, skateboarding park, nightclubs, harness racing, airplane rides, horseback riding, Asseteague Island National Park where wild horses roam at will throughout the park, Ocean City outlet center, movies, and much more.
Enjoy an early morning bike ride on the boardwalk or a quiet stroll on the beach or boardwalk.
There is just so much to do and see, you just need to come to Ocean City and experience a wonderful fun-filled vacation.

accurate description, good location. simple, clean and comfortable. close to beach and boardwalk. we enjoyed our stay here very much. great crabcakes at the baja grill on the boardwalk.

We stayed May 19-22, 2011...Car Cruise Weekend and found this unit to be in a great location, very convenient to everything. The condo is very clean and comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for...roomy enough, nice deck and kitchen facilities, so much better than any of the motels we've stayed in the past. The owners are wonderful to communicate with...very prompt. I would definitely recommend this condo and rent again myself.

The owner was exceptional to deal with. She is very focused on customer satisfaction. The condo itself is in a great location that is within minutes of the beach and boardwalk. The room is very spacious since the beds fold up into the wall. In the near future I think they should upgrade their eating utensils as well as the coffee pot/microwave/dishwasher (the dishwasher actually didn't work when we were there). Those items definitely have age on them and could use upgrading. Overall, great people to deal with and great place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

I stayed at this Condo on May 20-23 and everything was nice. Owners have good communication and respond quickly to emails and phone calls when booking. Room had new flat screen TV and DVD Player. There was enough room for my wife and me, overall happy with the location and the unit. Having off street covered parking was a big plus for Crusin' Weekend in OC. I would rent again. Thank you.

Location is great!!! Mini golf, water parks, trams, buses, beach, grocery stores, amusement parks, restaurants - are just minutes away, we never used the car. Condo is nice, clean, and the balcony - what a great thing, a fresh breeze from the ocean every morning made our day. Quiet and no disturbance from the neighbors. We stayed in this condo with 2 kids for a week , and were happy. Hotels are more expensive and smaller. Owners are very nice and did everything to make our stay comfortable.

A PERFECT place for my family and I. Spacious enough to accomodate us, plus have my sister and her 2 year old come to stay for a couple of days, too, without feeling cramped. Conveniently located with a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and Jolly Roger right next store in walking distance, too. Extremely reasonably priced, too, given all of the outstanding benefits of the property and the location. The owner was very pleasant to deal with, and was timely with answers to questions and other communications. An all around FANTASTIC vacation!! We look forward to staying here in the future!! Thanks very much!!!
