This beautiful townhouse is located across the street from the beach with deeded beach access.At night you can sit out on the back deck(over-looking the pool and tennis court)and hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing against the beach.
If you are looking to get away for the weekend or maybe have the luxury of taking a full week or even more to enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico you have looked in the right place. Our townhouse is very tastefully decorated with the sleeper sofa and matching love seat in a red and floral printed fabric. There is also a very comfortable accent colored rocker.
The dining area consists of a round glass topped table with four very comfortable large chairs. The bar will seat an additional four people with its tall swivel top bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need whether you are fixing a midnight snack or a large sit down dinner.
There is a large bath downstairs that has a very nice-size shower. The first bedroom upstairs has two sets of bunk beds and a very spacious bathroom that contains a shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an adorable wicker headboard, matching night stands and dresser. This room is very tastefully decorated in tropical animal print that will appeal to everyone no matter the age or whether you are male of female.
There is also double sliding glass doors in the master bedroom that go out onto a deck that has a very nice view of the lagoon. There is also a table and two chairs so that you can sit and enjoy the view. The master bath is the largest of all and it has a tub with a shower in it. Both bathrooms upstairs have sunlights.
There is also a deck off of the living area and another on the back side of the property that overlooks the pool and tennis court.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: There is a minimum age limit of 25.
- Smoking Not Allowed: You may smoke on any of the outside decks but not allowed inside the house please.

We purchased this property May 2000 so that we would have a wonderful place for our grandchildren. They can ride their bikes or just play in the yard.They are now 6 and 10,they never tire of going down there. They love the pool,playing on the beach, or just walking around the neighborhood.There is also a pool house where you can sit in the shade while everyone else is basking in the sun.We know you will love our home away from home as much as we do.
