Exclusive townhouse built in 2005 overlooking the vibrant Black river. Whether you own a 50 foot yacht/sailboat/trawler, or a pair of jet skis, this is the location for you. You can be in the open waters of Lake Michigan within minutes. The slip is equipped with power/water.
When not on the water, we are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and a myriad of shops. A short walk will get you anywhere you want to be in beautiful South Haven. If you want to settle in, our place has new furniture throughout and is designed with relaxation and romance in mind. Enjoy one of the double level decks, watch the boats go by, or wander down to the pool for a refreshing swim. Oh, and don't forget the spectacular sunrises...
South Haven is home to numerous festivals throughout the year and is known for their spectacular Blueberry crop. many art and specialty shops (art, clothing, great antiques)in town as well as many more just a short drive away. Golfers will find a myriad of courses at all levels of play. For the athlete, we are at the beginning of the historic KalHaven trail which offers 30 plus miles for running, biking, or hiking. There is a shop down the street that rents kayaks and one in town that rents great bikes.
Winter brings opportunities for snowmobiling, skiing, and hiking, or just hiding out with good company and a bottle of wine from one of the local vineyard.
If you're into fishing, we have all you want, back river or open waters. At the end of the day, we have a fish cleaning station available for prepping your catch.

Love this place, what do you think the airfare from ACY would be?Owner response: I assume you mean Atlantic City??? From ACY you have a bunch of choices, fly from Philly to Chicago and drive two hours, or check out ACY to South Bend or Kalamazoo and drive about an hour...

This rental place is absolutely perfect! Close to the beach, close to town and a dock slip to boot. Condo is very clean and well maintained. The double decks are great for soaking in the sun.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Had a wonderful time. The weather to me was perfect (sunny, hot and humid). Beautiful place and walked everywhere.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We brought our 2 grandchildren (16 & 13) for a week to go Salmon fishing. This was their first trip to South Haven and we all enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo was perfect and all the neighbors we met were very friendly. If you get the chance, you should visit this condo because the boat slip made our trip more enjoyable not having to launch our boat every day. If you want to catch the most Salmon, call Allen or RJ at Hoggin Charters. I strongly recommend this VBRO and hope to go again next year!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this lovely townhome the week of the blueberry festival. The kitchen is so spacious with so much counterspace I wished it were mine. It truly became our home away from home. My family enjoyed many meals on the large deck off of the living area. Very tastefully decorated. The couch is soooooo comfy! The proximity to the beach is only two blocks. We enjoyed staying here so much, that we often found it difficult to venture any farther than the pool on the complex!! Loved it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Welcome to our Townhouse! Ann and I have owned rental property in South Haven since 1995 and have been vacationing in south Haven since 1993. Ann, I, and our three kids have been spending at least a week in South Haven for the past 16 summers and have made it our second home. Since we can't spend all of our time there we decided to share it with all of you so you too can enjoy the special times and make special memories with your family. Why the Owner Chose South Haven:
Mariners Cove has everything a vacationer would want. The three level unit is beautifully decorated and has two large decks to lounge on, a great place to get away from the sand, relax, and spread out, or hang at the pool. The public beach is only two blocks away as is the down town district (shopping, entertainment, and restaurants). And lastly the unit comes with a 52' by 16' boat slip. Dock with us and your just a 10 minute idle to the open waters of Lake Michigan.

As already stated, the unit itself is the ultimate getaway but if you need to get out to town, the lake, or the beach, you're just a short walk away from sun and fun. Within a 10 minute walk you can be in town or at the beach. Park the car in our below unit air conditioned garage when yuo arrive and pull it out when you leave, because you won't need it.
