Newer (2005) exclusive townhouse overlooking the vibrant Black river. Whether you own a 50 foot yacht/sailboat/trawler, or a pair of jet skis, this is the location for you. You can be in the open waters of Lake Michigan within minutes. The slip is equipped with power/water.
When not on the water, we are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and a myriad of shops. A short walk will get you anywhere you want to be in beautiful South Haven. If you want to settle in, our place has new furniture throughout and is designed with relaxation and romance in mind. Enjoy one of the double level decks, watch the boats go by, or wander down to the pool for a refreshing swim. Oh, and don't forget the spectacular sunrises...
South Haven is home to numerous festivals throughout the year and is known for their spectacular Blueberry crop. many art and speciality shops (art, clothing, great antiques)in town as well as many more just a short drive away. Golfers will find a miriad of courses at all levels of play. For the athlete, we are at the beginning of the historic KalHaven trail which offers 30 plus miles for running, biking, or hiking. There is a shop down the street that rents kayaks and one in town that rents great bikes.
Winter brings opportunities for snowmobiling, skiing, and hiking, or just hiding out with good company and a bottle of wine from one of the local vineyard.
If you're into fishing, we have all you want, back river or open waters. At the end of the day, we have a fish cleaning station available for prepping your catch. |
