Other Olde Naples Properties condo description
This luxury property is the largest unit and penthouse of a brand new development with only 12 units perfectly situated in Olde Naples at 8th St and 6th Ave North. This home was built with the highest standards and is beautifully finished with granite countertops, 9 ½ foot ceilings, crown molding, architectural details, tiled flooring with carpeted bedrooms, large balconies running the full length, four large hurricane proof wall sliders, large common pool and spa with dining areas and can you believe it – secure first floor covered parking with ample street parking as well!
We love to rent homes and have been renting out our homes for years so we pay special attention to the needs of renters! Our furnishings and appointments are high end and luxurious with Henredon dining, Theodore Alexander accent pieces, beautiful sculptures and artwork, a 55” 3D Smart LG in the living, high-end serving pieces for entertaining and name brand cookware to help you feel like you are at home. We have four separate stacked stone walls as well as kitchen backsplash that bring their own personality and creates a warm, sumptuous feeling throughout. The lighting is also exceptional with all dimmable lighting and beautiful chandeliers.
The living area is where we love to hang out, the stone wall behind the TV is lighted and creates a cozy atmosphere and balances out the wall of sliding glass windows. The TV is amazing with 8 3D glasses to enjoy the newest technology – order movies straight from Netflix or Comcast (and if it is not too crazy, we will cover those costs – we don’t want you to worry about anything)! There is a large couch, a chaise lounge and two very comfortable side chairs. Try cuddling up on the chaise with a friend and cover with our luxurious faux fur throw, very romantic! Lastly, there is a gorgeous tweed rug with two lightweight coffee tables to drag around where needed.
The formal dining room is sumptuous with 8 Henredon chairs and a large glass top Henredon dining table with a beautiful glass and iron chandelier illuminating the expensive artwork and mirror. The mirror is my favorite part because it reflects the trees opposite out the patio and makes it look like a painting. Of course, we rarely use the formal dining because the breakfast area sits 6-9 people! The table is very unique and is just below bar height with three rounded benches that could seat at least two adults each and could possibly host a bundle of kids! I love to do puzzles on this table because I don’t’ have to bend over and can watch TV at the same time. We also have two swivel bar stools at the kitchen bar as well.
The kitchen is quite large and has lots of counter space. Using my kitchen will spoil you (I hope!). I love my Wusthof knives, Le Creuset bakeware, Pottery Barn mixing bowls, Pampered Chef cookware and utensils, and my other high end serving ware and bakeware. My husband loves his snowcone maker and Starbucks barista. You will love the brand new appliances and my issues with being a neat freak – I feel one of the most important aspects of home rental is cleanliness and neatness. The kitchen is fully appointed to accommodate a party of 8.
Lets talk bedrooms: There are three bedrooms, a master with a king bed, a guest with a queen bed and a third bedroom that we use as an office, but has a sturdy daybed with a trundle underneath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with light fixtures and all have wall mounted flat screen TVs.
Master: the master bedroom has a very comfortable King Bed with a tempurpedic mattress topper. The mattress has individual wrapped coil springs so I don’t feel when my husband gets up fifteen times a night and the mattress and topper is covered with a hypoallergenic and waterproof topper. The bedroom suite has a headboard, footboard with drawers, two side tables, two gorgeous lamps, a large dresser, a 42” wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, a side chair, sumptuous bedding, and beautiful artwork. Special attention has been paid to keeping light and sound out with dark heavy light and sound reducing drapes, but there is also one wall of sliding glass windows that lead out to the patio.
Guest: the guest bedroom has a comfy Queen Bed with lots of drawers! There is also a 30” wall mounted flat screen TV, a sitting area with light and also sumptuous bedding as well. This closet contains all of our beach gear – Tommy Bahama chairs, lots of beach and pool towels.
Office/Den/3rd Bedroom: we use this as our office and it contains two large desks and a credenza/desk. There is a large, sturdy daybed with a trundle bed underneath – this makes for two Twin Beds with no changes to the room. We can remove one desk and put it in storage or the master bedroom and then the trundle can be lifted and the daybed becomes a King Bed with a comfy down mattress topper to help it feel complete. We can also remove both desks and then the credenza can be used as a desk with a King Bed in that room. The room also has a 32” wall mounted flat screen TV and two seating benches, one with storage. We love to work in this room because the desks are under the window that overlooks a gorgeous tree, lots of wildlife! Beautiful artwork depicting famous golf moments perfect the feeling.
Baths: There are two bathrooms, the master and the guest. The master has a large soaking tub with a separate oversized shower. There is a double sink with lots of countertop and storage. The separate toilet area is a must! One of the best bonuses of the master bath is the flat screen TV with cable that is wall mounted over the tub. The swiveling wall mount allows you to see your favorite shows from almost everywhere in the bath, including the shower! The guest bath is also quite large with beautiful appointments and a combination shower and tub. Both bathrooms have high-end towels and are equipped to handle 6 in the master and 5 in the guest.
Finally, the laundry has oversized washer and dryer with a large deep sink, lots of storage with tools/cleaning supplies/misc all neatly, cleanly arranged. The entry foyer has a mirror and a storage table to drop your belongings as you enter – and leave those sandy shoes!
There is one assigned secure parking spot in the first floor parking that leads into the elevator. There is ample street parking and a secure entry into the first floor garage. Our front door and the street door both have keypad locks to avoid keeping a key on you – who wants a key at the beach??
OOPS!! Almost forgot to talk about the patio! The patio runs the full length of the west side of the condo. It has a sofa, chair, ottoman and side tables in a lightweight teakish stuff. We also have a three seater high bar table that is my favorite because you don't have to look over or through the railing! The trees are right outside and every day we see something different - try to see if you can spot the doves cuddling in the tree in the picture with the high bar table. We leave the living area sliders open all day long and as of yet we have had no mosquitos or other bugs come in. Having a whole side of the condo open to the outside really allows you to appreciate the reason why you chose Naples!

- Naples is truly paradise found! Being on the southwest coastline of Florida means enjoying subtropic climates all year round;, seeing color in nature throughout the year and always being able to enjoy the beautiful beaches and wildlife. However being located in the far southwest allows for even greater advantages! Naples is also the secret destination for those who can truly enjoy the pristine, secluded environment that so mirrors the Italian seaside resort after which it was named. This historic, protected small resort town has long been known for its luxury living and European styles as well as for its sandy beaches, lush landscaping and breathtaking wildlife. Watching dolphins and manatees cohort in the mangroves while dining at all varieties of restaurants before walking home along the beach can be the privileged lifestyle for locals and visitors alike. While all of Naples is equally beautiful, Olde Naples is the heart and history of the town. Staying in Olde Naples, west of 41, allows for walking to both 5th Avenue South and the sandy beaches of the Gulf. Spend your days on the sunny sandy beaches, golfing, shopping, strolling through tree lined streets admiring historic mansions before enjoying a leisurely romantic evening. Enjoy, Enjoy, Enjoy! ...moreless

About the owner: My wife and I retired about 12 years ago and have spent that time traveling and consulting. During our travels, we found that vacation rentals were so much more enjoyable than hotels and decided to try our hand at owning rental properties. We have acquired a few rental properties and really enjoy sharing those properties with others. We recently relocated to Naples, Florida and decided to add this prime property to our portfolio - our very own home. We hope our positive experiences with our other properties continues with this beautiful property as well.
Why the Owner Chose Other Olde Naples Properties:
The Residences at City Center in Olde Naples is special because of its proximity to the beach, golf, the shops on Fifth Avenue, tons of dining, the theater and everything! It is less than a mile door to door to Starbucks on Fifth Avenue and a little over half a mile to the pristine beaches of Naples of the Gulf. While Olde Naples is extremely expensive and consists of either multi-million dollar mansions or tiny older homes that need a lot of work - the Residences at City Center is brand new, spacious, gated, and has only twelve units, so it is extremely unique to find this kind of property in such a great area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
My wife and I started out with large houses and have gradually reduced to a more manageable size. However, we still have our love of quality furnishings and that is reflected with our furnishings and amenities. Since this is our home, we have not furnished it as a rental and you will feel immediately at home. My wife is also a neat freak and I know you will enjoy the cleanliness and attention to detail.
