Thank you for looking at our Maui Sands condo! We think that you will agree that, at our current prices, there may not be a better value in upper west Maui!

We are located in the Honokowai area of Maui, near Kaanapali, Whaler's Village, Kapalua and Lahaina. Our newly remodeled, smoke-free condominium is tastefully decorated with a delightful palm motif. It is less than 150 feet from the crystal blue waters of the Pacific Ocean and is large (by Maui standards), with almost 600 interior square feet... plus our covered lanai off of our living room. From the furnished lanai you can enjoy elements of nature - an enchanting ocean view, exotic birds, swaying palm trees, beautiful tropical flowers and unbelievable sunsets. Our complex has direct ocean access (we call it the "big pool") and we also have a "smaller pool" on-site.

You can prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, new appliances and kitchen accessories), order food-to-go at nearby locations or enjoy Maui's many wonderful restaurants that are just minutes away.

Two grocery stores are within easy walking distance, and other shopping is close by. The local bus stop is a block away. As owners, we frequently stay at our condo and assure that it is well maintained, clean, updated, and ready to rent.

When you arrive, we believe that you will love our quiet, serene, and cozy condo and, with the money that you save with our pricing, you will be able to more easily enjoy all of the other wonderful activities that Maui has to offer.

April 16 - December 15 = $125/night, plus tax (discount for seven nights or more).
December 16 - April 15 = $149/night, plus tax (discount for seven nights or more).
Taxes are 12.416%.  A one time cleaning fee of $125 will also be applied.
A 25% deposit is due w/i seven days of confirmation of your reservation.  The
remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival (120 days for reservations
from December 16th through January 15th).  Sorry, no credit cards at these rates!
The cancellation policy will accompany your reservation confirmation.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; Check-out is 11:00 AM
