The Reserve at Pelican Landing has some of the best amenities around. Immediately across the quiet street is an inviting resort-style pool with complementary lounge chairs. Interested in the beaches? Our guests receive free and unlimited access to Pelican Landing's private island beach club on the Gulf of Mexico which is accessed by ferry running every 30 or 60 minutes from just outside the gates. The boat takes about 15 minutes and is frequently visited by native dolphins, touting some excellent wildlife sightings and fun for all. Many alternative beaches are nearby as well.
Pelican Landing also offers a modern fitness center, 12 har-tru tennis courts, bocce, pickleball, kayaking, and various other activities free-of-charge to renters.
Often considered the golf capital of the world, Southwest Florida has an abundance of championship courses available at additional cost.
