This beautiful beachside home is situated in Minard (an area of outstanding natural beauty) and provides all of the finest amenities to make a memorable family vacation. The peaceful and tranquil setting also makes this home an ideal location as an Artist’s/Writer’s/Photographer's retreat.
The house sleeps 2-11 people and offers its guests all of the home from home comforts including satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Four of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is also a further bedroom and separate shower room located on the ground floor.
The beautiful secluded sandy beach in Minard is just a short stroll away from the house, known locally as Beal na gCloc. Perfect for having picnics, shelling, and swimming or if you enjoy fishing, why not try your hand at beach casting and catch your own Sea Bass for dinner!
On your return after a day out exploring the Dingle Peninsula, there's a cosy lounge for relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the log burning stove. Choose a book to read or a watch a movie from the owners own collection.
The spacious country kitchen also has a seating area, so you can chat with you friends whilst preparing dinner. There's also a separate breakfast/dining room with a table that extends to seat 8 people.
Outside the garden has a lawn area and a decked area with further seating, so you can BBQ outdoors if you prefer.
Things to do:
The quaint town of Dingle with its colourful shops, art galleries and numerous excellent restaurants is just a short drive away. When it comes to dining out you will be spoilt for choice. Dingle is a real foodie's hotspot. Most of the pubs have traditional music nightly, so you'll be sure to enjoy the 'Craic n Ceol'.
There are plenty of outdoor activities to do such as walking, surfing, diving, sailing, fishing, climbing, swimming, horse-riding, golfing and hiking. From the Marina you can take an eco-boat tour or take a trip out to the Blasket Islands.
Slea Head Drive is a must see. Don’t forget to take your camera for some breath taking photo opportunities.
The whole Peninsula is dotted with historical and archaeological sites of interest for you to visit and this house is the perfect base to explore all of the delights of Dingle, Killarney, Kenmare and West Cork.
Property Manager Julie is close by and will be on hand for any queries you may have during your stay.

Beautiful house. Loved waking up here and being able to see and hear the ocean from my bed! Best meal at Ashes, loved Dick Mac's (as recommended by Julie) and terrific shopping. Did Slea Head and Ring of Kerry. Best spot beach at end of the road. Hope to return soon and do our morning walks.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a wonderful holiday we have had :-). We don't want to leave!! That walk to the beach every morning recharged our batteries!! The location is unbeatable. Stunning scenery and a beach right on the doorstep. The house had everything we needed to feel at home for our 2 week stay. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kids want to live here permanently! Julie (the property manager) was full of information and is very helpful. She recommended some fantastic restaurants. The Global Village & Out of The Blue were our favourites. Can't wait to return!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
