This is truly a hidden gem in downtown. The suite is very large, great king bed with wonderful sheets and pillows. Kitchen and large windows in the main living area. It is located at Meeting Street right across my favorite restaurant, FIG. You are within walking distance of everything downtown. There is a parking garage right there but you will rarely need your car. It truly is a great value! Will be staying here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Beautiful suite with great viewing windows, but the best thing was the location. It was perfect to eat, shop, site-see on foot. Clean with everything you need. Liked that bedroom had no windows, great for napping.. Will stay there again for sure.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

The listing description was accurate and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We only had a few issues - my husband had to adjust the bed rails because they were out of alignment and the ice maker didn't work (wasn't to worried about that though). We had a minor problem with the living room TV but I called our contact (Matt) and he told us how to fix it. The building is within easy walking distance of shopping, food, the Market, the Aquarium, and the ferry to Fort Sumter. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. We are already planning to come back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Perfect Charleston location. Seriously, it doesn't get any better than this (unless the building was taller and we could see water). But truly, awesome spot. Super easy. Parking is around the corner in the garage. You can walk everywhere. Whirlpool jets in the bath are the best, as is the little kitchenette and living room. Love the naked brick walls and dark stained wood floors. Wonderful week!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I spent a long weekend in the SoHo Condo and had such a wonderful time! The condo is exactly as pictured and so clean! There was plenty of room, much better than staying in a small hotel room. The kind size bed and pillows were so comfortable. I never slept better! The condo is located in a perfect area, right near the market and shops on King Street. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and the ferry ride to Fort Sumter. Such a perfect stay. Matt was very easy to work with and kept in contact via email and also offered me his cell phone number if I had any problems (which I didn't). I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This is a very bright, spacious and well-furnished apartment in a central location for sites, restaurants and shopping, with off-street parking right next door. I've stayed in vrbo apartments several times in different places and this was certainly the easiest arrangement in terms of directions, access and information about the apartment (internet etc.). The owner was very accommodating and responded right away to my emails, so all-in-all it was a terrific experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We spent a great Valentine's Day weekend in Charleston and the SoHo Suite served as the perfect home base. The location is ideal - great restaurants and historic sights within walking distance and convenient parking (we never moved the car). The condo has everything you need and if you have any questions, Matt is just a text away with the answer. Highly recommend this property. We will be back. Added bonus, possibly the best shower ever - crazy good water pressure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My girlfriend and I needed a romantic getaway and was referred to this Property. The location was in the heart of the historic district of downtown Charleston. We parked the car and did not drive for 3 days!! Everything was in walking district, the market, King Street shopping, dining, nightlife, historic tours. Across the street was restuarant Fig, which we highly recommend. The property was well maintained and would recommend to anyone interested in spending time in Charleston. We are already planning our next stay!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
