About the owner: I have lived in the area for over 40 years, growing up down the hill in South Huntington Beach. I couldn't be happier with the location on 'The Mesa!' We have a nice ocean breeze. An easy ride into both Huntington Beach and Newport Beach for a surf with our two kids. We get around mostly on our bikes, as restaurants, and plenty of activities are only a bike ride away. I enjoy a weekly golf with my pops at Los Lagos Golf Course.......which is always in excellent condition.
Why the Owner Chose Costa Mesa:
7700 sq' lot and big backyard is ideal for family and fun. Well kept lawn in the backyard and patio area great for bbq! The house is central to all kinds of activities and interests.
