The listing description with respect to location and the photographs were thoroughly accurate. However, it did not truly describe the beauty of this property. The property was clean, well maintained and provided outstanding amenities, great pool. The owner was completely responsive to inquiries and questions during the entire process. I must also compliment the onsite management, especially Brooke, who assisted us with meeting local requirements, helpful advice and directions. I would recommend all of the downtown establishments and activities. I want to specifically mention Oasis Resturant (Breakfast), Bennetts Coffee Shop (Coffee/Donuts), Doc Fords Resturant (Seafood), Tommy Bahama Resturant (Naples), Miramar Outlets (Shopping). A tour of the Edison and Ford Museum/Winter Estates is strongly recommended, it is a necessary, timely and great reminder of what hard working Americans can accomplish. I would highly recommend this property to relatives and friends. Go Army!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband I went for a winter get away and found this to be the perfect spot. The condo was awesome and the view was spectacular. The furnishings and decor of the unit are over and above the average condo. The condo has every amenity you would need. The property has a great infinity pool area and the people we met in the complex were very friendly and helpful for information about Ft. Myers and area. The balcony is one of the high points of this unit. It has a table you eat you dinner and watch the view and or comfortable outdoor furniture you can sit with a glass of wine and a book and enjoy the activity below. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and amazing sunsets every night. The location is great - you can walk to downtown Ft Myers to the local restaurants and bars in about 20 minutes and take a free trolley back and forth. This was our first trip to Ft. Myers and enjoyed our stay - we founds some great shopping and restaurants in the area. Mark was great to deal with and I'd recommend to condo highly.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
