  My husband and I just spent 4 days at this beautiful condo and had a fantastic time. The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable and the view so beautiful. It was just what we needed for a few days R&R. We are frequent visitors to the North Shore and this was by far one of the nicest places we've stayed for the money. We will return. Thanks!

  We just returned from our long weekend at this town home. It could not have been any better! As other reviews said, it was so roomy, clean and relaxing. We stayed with our kids and so it was nice that everyone had a place to sleep unlike a hotel room would have and that the rooms were up a level from the living area. The kitchen was big and had anything you needed. The views of the lake were amazing from the kitchen, living area, dining room, and master bedroom. The two decks were very peaceful. It was nice to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the water coming in from the deck. We did plenty of hiking and tourist things around the cabin, but it was hard to stay away from this peaceful place! We will definitely return- well worth the trip! Thank you!

  I think this has to be our favorite VRBO ever! Location is incredible! The townhouse was VERY CLEAN, comfortable and cozy. We really loved the deck off the master suite; the view of the lake was beautiful!!! We hiked everyday because of all the information provided about the area! Absolutely a perfect spot for us!

  We were very impressed with the accomodations. Exceptionally well equiped kitchen, extra hooks for towels, ample linens, and a wonderful selection of current movies for viewing. Great sleeping arrangements we were able to sleep 6 comforatably. We loved most waking up each morning to the sound of the waves on the lake and being lulled to sleep each night by the waves. Good central location just 4 miles south of Lutsen and a short drive to Grand Marias. Thank you so much, we would stay here again. 4th night free is a wonderful value.

  Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The description and photos made the place look good but the reality was even better! It is very spacious, clean, comfortable & well-stocked. We also found the owners to be very accommodating when our travel plans were changed due to flooding in the Duluth area on the day we were scheduled to arrive. We highly recommend this condo!

  I can't tell you how much we enjoyed your condo and skiing at Lutsen. I came up with my sister and my two girls, and we just loved your place. We loved the cozy decorating and how everything was labeled so clearly. We tried to take care of it as if it was our own place!

  My wife and I recently returned from a wonderful vacation at Aspenwood. I cannot say enough about how incredible this home is. The view of Lake Superior from the two decks is spectacular. The home itself is immaculate, well-maintained and sparkling clean. It is decorated like something out of a magazine -- it has just the right touches everywhere, and has the perfect theme for a North Shore lake home. Everything is there to allow for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The owners even leave information about area attractions, restaurants and more in binders on the counter. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the decks and enjoying the views, but there is plenty to do if you feel like exploring the area. Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls, Grand Marais, the Gunflint Trail, and the Lutsen Mountain ski area are all nearby. We even drove up to Thunder Bay for lunch one day. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone -- it can't be beat!

  I spent 4 nights here with my three grandchildren. This townhome has a complete assortment of pots, pans, sharp knives (even a Wuestof sharpener), measuring spoons, etc., necessary to prepare good meals for the 4 of us. I love to cook and the kitchen faces the lake, the dining room table and the great room which meant I could prepare meals while watching the grandkids having fun playing games or watching movies. We ate one meal out on the patio overlooking the lake. It is spotlessly clean and a great value. The master BR is very nice although I never used the jet tub or FP. It would be great in the winter!
