Reservations for fewer than 4 nights, full prepayment is required. All other reservations require three nights' deposit. Reservations without full deposits are subject to prior sale. Fifteen days notice of cancellation required for full refund. Cancellation for dates during December 15th- January 15th require 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund.
