  This is the best home we have ever rented! It is beautifully appointed and very well equipped - you will not want for anything. We were here for a week with our children and grandchildren. There is something for everyone - wonderful pool, beach, bike riding, golf, putt putt, kayaking, fishing, wildlife viewing and restaurants. The location is terrific. Susan has thought of everything and truly wants you to have a great vacation and feel "at home", which you certainly will. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We are planning our next visit!

  We had a fabulous family vacation with our children and grandchildren at this home. The home was as beautiful as the pictures indicated. The home was beautifully decorated, the pool was wonderful, there were bikes for all of us, pool toys, tennis racquets, ....... they thought of everything down to a bottle of bubbles for our granddaughter. The owner was extremely easy to work with and very prompt with any questions that I had. My son has already recommended this home to a friend who is planning a trip to Hilton Head in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend this.

  My husband and I spent a week in Hilton Head at this rental and we were thoroughly impressed with what Susan and David have put together at such an affordable price. The house itself is everything and more than we could have expected. The furnishings are very comfortable, the house is well stocked (including a terrific, heated pool and handy bikes for a variety of ages), and Susan is prompt and pleasant to work with. We were a group of 12 people comprised of five adults and seven kids ranging in age from 2 to 15 and we easily fit in this house. We had a terrific vacation and we hope we can stay at this rental again in the future. We can whole heartedly recommend this rental to any and all that inquire about it. Thanks for everything, Susan and David.

  We were in Hilton Head for a family function and had a terrific time in this beautifully appointed and comfortable home. The house was so well equipped--it was clear the owners had thought of everything--and it was immaculate and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and back patio, the proximity to golf, tennis, bike paths, walking trails, shopping and restaurants, the relaxed but gracious living areas, and the superbly equipped kitchen. We've already started planning our next stay here!

  Owner was very helpful answering any questions we had about the property or area. We really enjoyed the home as it was clean and had all of the extras that most rental houses do not have. House has large supply of kitchen equipment, all new, clips for chip bags, bottle openers, blenders, coffee makers etc. Everything is labeled in the home, there is an instruction book for all of the questiions you may have. In the garage there is a listing of all of the bicycle locks with paper notes you can take to make sure you don't forget the code. We have stayed at several homes in Hilton Head and this is by far the best one yet. All of the features were as presented, large supply of games and cards for days of inclement weather. We would stay here again when we return.

  Just my wife and I stayed in this 4 bedroom home but it is layed out in such a way that we felt cozy and at home here. The house is a great value and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with quality dishes, utensils and glassware. We especially enjoyed the Carolina Room which is a great place for reading and having your morning coffee. The central location of the home makes it convenient to South Beach, Harbor Town and the shopping plaza on Lighthouse. We put the provided bicycles to good use and even though it was February, we made good use of the beautiful heated pool. The owner was great to deal with and very prompt in responding to e-mails. The company that takes care of the property also was very responsive when the cable tv went out They arranged for a cable repairman to promptlly address the problem. All in all, a can't miss rental.

  Wow...what a beautiful place! This house is so inviting, warm and comfortable! I really enjoyed my long weekend....reading, riding bikes and eating very tasty food! My family loves to ride bikes, and having bikes there for the whole family was nice and convenient. The bike trail is very close to the house and leads to many miles of biking around the resort. The living area was very spacious...perfect for playing games with the family and hanging out. The pool area is not only private, but absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to come back!

• Cleaning Fee: $200 + tax
• Property Damage Protection: $49
• Tax Rate 10%

Cancellation policy:

A full refund of your deposit will be returned if your reservation is cancelled in writing 45 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival. 50% of your deposit will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled in writing 30-44 days prior to your arrival. No refund will be given for a cancellation of less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
