This spacious and modern house has 2 bedrooms, one on either end of the house. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Perfect for 4 people. There are two sofa beds so 2 more people can fit in if you want to be cozy.
The golf course in the Indian Palms Country Club is beautiful and yet a round of golf is very affordable. You can walk from the house to the teeing ground. The garage is big enough for two cars and a golf cart.
Enjoy the clean lined and contemporary furnishings throughout the house as well as a good night sleep on the premium posturepedic mattresses in the bedrooms.
Surf the multitude of the cable channels on the 52-inch Samsung flat screen TV or enjoy the vibrant sound from the Sony stereo system.
All phone calls to North America are included so you can check in with family and friends or tell them what a great time you are having.

When I arrived at the house I was amazed at how ammaculate and gorgeous it was set up. It had everything I needed from an outside BBQ to bathroom towels. The house was absolutely perfect and spacious for all my belongings. The closet even came equipped with hangers so I go dewrinkle all my dresses from my suitcase and also had a washer and dryer for me to clean a shirt wuickly if I spilt something! Absolutely amazing and I recommend this rental to anyone!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house exceeded all of my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice; it is a lot bigger and nicer than it looks online. The entire neighborhood is very nice too. We very comfortably slept 6 people (3 couples) in the house. Everything that you would expect to be included in a house was there, including a great kitchen with all of the cooking utensils and an amazing BBQ. Macy (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with as well. Highly, highly recommended!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

A good faith deposit of $500 is required to hold the space. It will be kept as a safety deposit until after your departure. If my caretaker finds the house in good condition, the $500 will be refunded to you. The full amount is due 1 month before arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than a month, a part of rental fees will be deducted:
