This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beautifully furnished in Florida style furniture. It is cozy but yet functional. The house was built in 2005 with ceramic tile throughout the whole house.The heated pool has a heat pump not solar or just a cover. Last time I was there the water was at 87 degrees absolutely relaxing. This house is situated in the SW section of cape coral with a salt water canal across the street. The pool and lanai are is very large the pool is about 20x40 and a covered lanai about 15x30 all screened in. With all the functional furniture to make your visit unforgettable outside I have also set up a 2 person hammock to cuddle up in the amazing Florida weather. Kitchen is fully applianced with everything you will need and want complete with a washer and dryer room near the master bedroom. The open floor plan makes it easy for everyone to be together even during dinner hours with a 42 inch t.V. In the family room. Master bedroom has king size bed and walk in closet along with a private bath with a shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed.With the third having twins. I have t.V's in all bedroom and 2 DVD players throughout the house. I can sleep 6 comfortably in bed and 1 on the couch if need be.
We are very close to the beaches of Cape coral,Ft. Meyers beach and Sanibel Island beaches, minutes away from The Cape Coral harbor and all the shopping and resturants you can hanble on your stay.If you find you need more 20 minute drive brings you to the Miromar outlets to complete your needs. For the fisherman is your husbands available is bot deep sea and back water fishing rentals available.

This is a wonderful place to stay. All of the furnishings were brand new and the pool was great! The owner is great to work with too. I would highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Great Florida furniture and huge lanai make this the entertainers paradise.Ceramic tile throughout and a real heated pool with heat cover the keep it warm even in the early morning. Last time I was down the pool was at 87 degrees the whole time. I have left a gps to assist you in traveling around Cape Coral with ease. I also have a hammock for 2 located on the pool deck for your relaxing pleasure.
