This new modern apartment has all the comforts of home.Looking down at the world from this 24th floor mountain side apartment, this Colombian emerald has everything you could ask for either while on vacation or away on business. Located in El Poblado at the east edge of the city you are only 35 min. from the airport and few min. on foot from the beautiful mall El Tesoro, movie theaters, restaurants, bars and gyms. We put alot of thought into this 1200sqft luxury apartment. The master bedroom is huge 350 sqft with a California king bed and a large walk-in closet very rare for Colombia. Marble floors can be found in the living-room and hallways with wood floors in the bedrooms. A big elegant kitchen with granite counter top with all new appliances and amenities will help prepare a quick popcorn craving or a Thanksgiving dinner.So much to mention about this apartment its better to just let our pictures do the rest of the magic.

Well what can one say about the this very modern accommodation the pictures do not do it justice here you are on the 24th floor of a wonderful apartment building the views of Medellin from the balcony and the bedrooms leave you breathless and are tremendous no SPECTACULAR. When I first spoke to the owner Hector little did I know what I was renting he was extremely helpful with all my questions I was met by the most adorable lady the sister of the owner she was very helpful her name is Silvia she has all the answers to any questions. if you do not stay in this place you will miss a fantastic place for less than the best hotel. The apartment has everything one needs to survive no matter how long your stay is. The building is very quiet and private I only saw 6 people the whole week I was there. You are only a short walk to the Tesorio mall which is quite exquisite, also from the apartment a short bus ride to the metro system which will get you anywhere in Medellin in a short travel time. I would certainly recommend this tranquil place to anyone that is visiting Medellin no matter what your visit is for. I found the apartment to be spacious clean with a very nice décor and in superb condition the king size bed was very comfortable the kitchen is well equipped but who wants to cook in Medellin when restaurants are plentiful and food excellent. The property is located in a wonderful part of Poblado it is also gated in with 24 hr security. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and I cannot wait for the opportunity to return it is home from home. This is definitely a little piece of heaven.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I have traveled to Medellin many times for business, have stayed in hotels and apartments. This by far is the best apartment I have stayed in yet! Nice quite neighborhood, great building and of course a AMAZING apartment! Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay in Medellin. I was there on business and many days I sat outside on the deck working with a beautiful view of medellin! The Owners Hector and Jacky could not have been nicer! Hector went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed..Bottom Line,They are good people! Do not think twice about renting this apartment! I will not stay anywhere else when I am in Medellin!! Thank you again Hector and Jacky!! I will be in touch again soon! This is very nicely decorated with kick butt view apt in El Poblado. Everything is new and very clean. Full kitchen with everything but who wants to cook when the food in Colombia is great. No noise at all during the night time so sleeping without noise was nice. I am a regular in MDE and happy to report that this is a very good value apt because it is very spacious and new. The owner even supply soap bars and toilet papers. Some other apts don't provide these supplies. These are inexpensive but necessary items. You can contact the owner by picking up the Majic Jack phone. Taxi driver Jairo was courteous, inexpensive and always on time. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. ;)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I served 20 years in the US military and traveled to many countries around the world and had the pleasure of getting to know some great people and cultures,but I must say the people and country of Colombia has to be on the top of my list of people and places to get to know,because of this we are lucky and fortunate to call both the U.S.A and Colombia our home.
