This 2400-total-square-foot, newly remodeled home has three bedrooms - two with king-size beds, large living and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with Jenn-Air stove and a dishwasher! Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and linens. Cook outside on a new stainless steel gas grill and dine next to a new heated pool (we recommend 84 degrees). Mai-tai's and margaritas are a "MUST" at sunset, viewed from poolside or Cape Coral beach just five minutes away! Boat rental is available just around the corner! Enjoy shopping, flea market, golfing, hiking, and dining located just minutes away. We recommend Rumrunners, Cape Steak and Seafood, and Smokey Bones. Fishing charters and gambling boats are available daily, year round.
