The location of this rental property was superb and the price very reasonable! Right on a nearly private beach, a short drive to good bars, restaurants and local sights. We visited other beaches, but liked the one right outside our door best. Our favorite bar restaurant was the Tamboo Tavern. The owner was very helpful, the property clean and well stocked. I would go back again, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway. Thanks Carlos!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband, two children (ages 5 and 7) and sister-in-law stayed at this wonderful apartment for spring break. Having an apartment that was accessible to both the beach and pool was perfect for us! The apartment was clean and well-maintained and the owner was so attentive and responsive to our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to a friend -- it is a short drive to town and other area beaches -- and I plan to stay there again for future trips to Rincon.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
