The Atlantic Ocean is just steps from your front door. Watch the sunset after a perfect day at the beach with a glass of wine on the balcony. Our all new, ground floor, one bedroom two full bath condo is luxuriously furnished for the discerning traveler.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - there's even a Keurig coffee machine with a selection of coffee to choose from! The dining room is shabby chic with a chandelier for your romantic evening meal. The family room has a 40 inch flat screen TV and all new furniture. There's even a leather rocker that can be perfectly situated for ocean viewing. The master bedroom has a king bed, organic bamboo sheets, another flat screen TV, a private bathroom and a vanity. There's a second balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the private community pool. Sleep peacefully to the sound of the ocean waves. There is an ample supply of fluffy bath and beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and garage parking for two cars. Cable and Wi-Fi are also provided. With access to a temporary membership, you can also take advantage of everything Sawgrass Country Club has to offer. This premier private country club pampers you with all the features of a multi-star, ocean-front resort, including 27 holes of tour-proven, championship golf, a world-class racquet club, a fully equipped fitness center and a $7-million beach club with both casual and formal dining options. There's live entertainment weekly and an oceanfront bar to die for!! The property is about 20 minutes north of historic St Augustine and just a short drive to downtown Jacksonville with all of its cultural and recreational attractions.

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was exactly as described on the webpage (even better). It was so clean and decorated so tastefully. We enjoyed the balcony with the ocean view so much. A short walk to the beach rewarded us with beautiful views and a sparsely populated beach where you can walk for miles. We would certainly go back. Close to good restaurants, golf, shopping, etc.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We were scouting for locations to escape harsh winters of New York. Having spent January in the Caribbean we were not as interested in 85 degree weather as we were in pleasant days and cool nights were ok. Golf was a prerequiste. Sawgrass was the perfect choice and the Krogh condo was better than perfect. With 27 magnificent holes of golf, state of the art fitness center, beach restaurants and surrounding sights such as St. Augustine there is no more to look for in a relaxing atmosphere. The owners, Carol and Ron were extremely welcoming and caring. The folks at Sawgrass, from the pro shop to the waitstaff were extremely helpful and the restaurants were excellent. Outside the community the restaurants we liked best were Thai Tictum[?], Bonefish Grill, and Brucci's New York style pizza [especially on Thursday]. The condo is complete with a bbq on the terrace so eating in is a great option. We loved the layout of the unit, especially the comfortable bed, the decorations and the morning sunrise. Although some days were on the cool side being steps from the beach made walks quite inviting. The only hesitation in writing this review is that too many will discover this gem.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Our stay at Sawgrass was an exceptional find. Not only was the condo like brand new but the owners couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. Although some of the mornings were a bit too chilly to sit outside the unit has a wonderful view of the sunrise from inside as well. The sawgrass community includes a challenging 27 holes of golf and a state of the art fitness facility. Best massage ever from Alex. The golf is spectacular for men and women as the community welcomes you to join informal groups that you can switch off as you see fit. If golf is your thing consider the monthly family membership. It is a great deal. The staff at the club is superb. The surrounding area is beautiful with great restaurants and golf courses. Historic St. Augustine is a short great drive down A1A. Also, World golf Hall of Fame. Favorite restaurants: Thai Tictum, Brucci's New York pizza on Thursdays, Bonefish Grill. The restaurant at the beach club [a short walk from the condo] is a great meeting place at fantastic prices and all the restaurants in the community give great pours. As frequent travelers we consider our stay at the Krogh condo one of our best finds and look forward to seeing Carol and Ron on our return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We thoroughly enjoyed our escape from the northern winter weather in this newly renovated and tastefully decorated condo located right on the beach in the beautiful Saw Grass area. Decorated with beach charm, we particularly enjoyed the artwork from local artists. A favorite spot was view of the sunrises over the beach (when we were up early enough) and having our morning coffee on the patio. The sight and sound of the surf would soon entice us for a relaxing walk on the mostly private beach. You could walk for miles enjoying the surf and sand as well as searching for those special shells. At night, the view was breathtaking particularly when the moon was full with the palm trees swaying in the breeze. It looked as though the moon had tipped over and spilled it's moon glow that was floating on the surface of the ocean. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach close to many wonderful local restaurants. We ran out of time before we were able to try them all. We particularly enjoyed Palm Valley Fish Camp and Beach Diner, just to name a few. Shopping is also convenient. Fresh Market was a find for our grocery needs and a true shopping experience. For a one-bedroom condo, it's very spacious with a mostly equipped kitchen that we took advantage of to do some of our own cooking with finds at Fresh Market. The master bedroom and bath are conveniently located away from the living area. The bedroom overlooks the pool, which was a nice view even though it was too cool in January and February to enjoy the pool. The master bath is also very spacious with a tile shower and separate sinks. The washer and dryer was much appreciated for our extended stay. The only downside is that even though the condo is located on the first floor, there is a flight of steps from the parking garage and the front entrance with no elevator; however, it was not a major concern for us. We didn't take advantage of the option for a temporary club membership, although the club house and golf course were beautiful. Instead, we explored the old Florida coastline by taking day trips to Cumberland Island, Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach, St. Augustine, and Blue Springs State Park where the mantees spend the winter. The condo is conveniently located in the center of these attractions. The landlady is a joy to meet and was very accommodating. We hope to come back again next year for another wonderful winter get-a-way. You can't go wrong with this condoRecommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
