Comfortable unit with all anemities, with large concrete dock and fish cleaning station. Fully equipped Kitchen, Living Area with TV/VCR. Master Bedroom has Kingsize Bed. Great Privacy, only house on that side of the street, no other homes on your canal, ideal for multiple boats.

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath Canalfront home on Atlantic Ocean Side with no fixed bridges, just minutes from open water.

This lovely decorated, well-equipped home is the perfect getaway in the Lower Florida Keys. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances plus convenient dining area and comfortable living room makes the living space of the house ideal for large group.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed & the attached Master Bath has a shower stall. The main bath in the hallway has a tub. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. The Living room sofa/couch has a pull-out queen-size sleeper, for additional sleeping. Full size washer and dryer. Screened porch off Dining Area, overlooking canal.

One Bedroom Apartment on the Lower level gives you an additional kitchen, bath and Master Bedroom with King-size bed. Can sleep 2-4 using futons in the Living area. (One bedroom apartment is rented for January-March, 2009)

At the canal, there is a fish cleaning station, a gas grill on the back porch. Plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats, and trailers at this private house.

If you are going to catch fish or lobsters, Fishing Licenses (and Lobster Stamps) are required and may be purchased locally. Excellent fishing and lobster are close to our area.
