This well maintained 2-bedroom, 2 bath lake-view condominium easily accommodates up to 7 guests to enjoy a wide range of activities in the Rockies year round. Built in 2007 and professionally maintained, this condo has everything you need to spend quality time with friends and/or family. This condo is our favorite home and we want you to feel the same. Come and be our guests and enjoy what this region has to offer.
BEDROOMS
Main bedroom featres a queen size bed, private balcony and bathroom and TV with cable. Main floor bedroom has two twin beds, a TV set connected to the cable and access to the main floor full size bathroom.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has cathedral ceilings with a glass wall to mountain views across Lake Dillon made for postcards. The living room has a fireplace, HD TV/DVD with cable, stereo with CD player, broadband wireless (throughout the house)
KITCHEN
The kitchen features beautiful cabinets with stunning granite counters and stainless steel appliances (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven). All dishes, cookware, utensils, servings and other accessories are also included.
BALCONY
The balcony overlooks Lake Dillon and Buffalo Mountain. Enjoy an evening with the BBQ and bamboo chairs with the majestic mountain view sourounding you.
THE COMPLEX
La Riva del Lago, constructed in 2007, is the premier complex in Dillon with a newly constructed and beautifully maintained building and numerous amenities. The two reserved parking spaces in the garage allow for easy dry loading and unloading and the elevator makes this building wheelchair accessible. The outdoor hot tub is right next to the unit and is a great finally to your Ski/Snowboarding days.
WINTER ACTIVIES
Summit County is the center of Colorado’s great outdoor wonderland. Outdoor activities in the winter have something for everyone. The world-class alpine ski areas of Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, or Beaver Creek are minutes away. Also, within a short drive you can snowmobile on the continental divide, ice skate on the lake Keystone, take a toboggan ride, or cross county ski and take in the breathtaking views.
SUMMER ACTIVITIES
As lovely as the winters are, summers are hard to beat. With a breadth of activity to please just about anyone such as challenging golf courses, Water-sports (sailing, kayaking, fishing) on Lake Dillon, bicycling, hiking, or 4 wheeling. Then there is the great fly-fishing on the many rivers and creeks throughout the county. For the more relaxing day/ evening, choose to take in concert at the Lake Dillon Amphitheater or Farmer's Markets, and other festivals. If you like shopping, the Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores are 2 miles away
THE AREA
Dillon sits at the center of all the activity in Summit County. With full services such as grocery store, bookstore, bowling alley, movie theater, and great variety of restaurants, there is not need to leave Dillon. However, short drives to our neighboring towns will expose you to the unique charms of Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and Vail.
We love this area for the variety and intensity of experience. We come to the mountains with the weight of every day life and leave refreshed and revitalized. We know you will love this area and our home. We look forward to having you as our guest.

I stayed at this property with friends for three nights in January 2013. The condo was lovely and just as pictured! It was very spacious and had everything we needed, including cookware, kitchen appliances, hair dryer, bed linens, and towels. The shared hot tub was just around the corner from the front door, and the view from the living room window is gorgeous! Check-in and check-out with the resort company was easy and pleasant. The location was very convenient, both for those of us that went downhill skiing in Summit County, and for my friends who went cross-country skiing at the Frisco Nordic Center. When I told the owner of minor maintenance concerns, he addressed them quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

About the owner: We are a couple who love mountains and everything about it year round. Dillon, CO was the perfect place with the wide range of activities year round (skiing, fishing, golfing, biking, etc.) and its perfect weather in summer.
