All private space with private access on the lower terrace and ground floor of our single family home. Sleeps 1-3. Cancellations:
If notice of cancellation is received in writing 14+ days to arrival = Fully reimbursed.
If notice of cancellation is received in writing within 7-13 days to arrival = 50% reimbursed.
If notice of cancellation is received in writing 0-6 days from date of arrival = no reimbursement.
Rates subject to change until reservation is made.
One half of your total balance plus a refundable $100 security deposit is due at the time of booking. Total payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept personal checks or bank cashiers check. $125/night + 12% Anchorage lodging tax. 2 night minimum.

About the owner: Welcome! We hope our pricing and exceptional location draws you to our comfortable, clean studio+suite in Midtown Anchorage. We trust you will love your travels here. We welcome an opportunity to host you and share our insights about places to see and things to do. A bit about us: Tony: Biologist by training; Lifetime painter, loves hiking new trails and revisiting old ones. Always happy to recommend great camping opportunities, scenic trails and best methods for deterring bear encounters. Avid reader, bird watcher, Sci-Fi geek. Katie: High school teacher. First traveled to Alaska in 1988, worked several seasons for the Chugach National Forest on trails and in interpretation, is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and an avid hiker, paddler, cycler. We have a darling school-age daughter and a happy, well-behaved lab.
