  Great Location, Marvelous view of the Gulf. King Size bed in Master was comfortable. Condo was very clean. Cable box went out but owner responded quickly and installed a replacement. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Parking is across the street but still very convenient. We plan to return next year.

  We had a wonderful time staying in Unit 208, the condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well laid out, with all the extras. All we had to do was move in and start having fun. The views off the balcony were great, I spent every morning there watching the sun rise, enjoying the splendor of God's handy work. We spotted dolphins several times and watched the manta rays play in the surf in the evenings. Knowing that David and Lisa were just a phone call away if we needed anything was great, but they have really done an excellent job in preparing for their guests, and that is the way we felt, like special guest, not just a paying customer. Thanks David & Lisa, we will be back and I have already told several friends about your condos and how great they are.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

  We stayed here August 18-25, 2012. The unit is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. The pools and hot tubs were excellent alternatives to the beach, especially the covered area on a rainy day. The unit has amenities that I have never experienced in any other rental: beach chairs, beach toys, etc. I love the second floor location. Will definitely stay here again.

  This is our family's 2nd time staying in unit 208. We have also rented your 9th floor unit twice. We love being your guest! We were very pleased with unit 208. The condo has beautiful decor and is in excellent condition. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils and cookware needed to prepare meals. It is also great having a washer and dryer, especially with children! Our children, ages 5 and 11 loved the bunk room. We did not bring any beach chairs this time because you have plenty for guests to use! It is great having 2 pools to choose from, the kids stayed in the pools more than on the beach. The condo is not far from Pier Park and other stores. The description and photos of the condo are 100% accurate. The process of payment, check-in and check-out is very easy. We would definitely recommend your condo to anyone planning a trip to PCB. Our family has been completely satisfied every visit! We absolutely love Panama City Beach and staying at your units at the Celadon! We are discussing a trip in the Fall :o) Thanks David and Lisa for allowing us to be guests in your "home"!!

  Accurate description re: location of Celadon. Less traffic on this end of the beach, but easy access to Pier Park and other attractions. Photos of property accurately reflect the condo, with the exception of the room with the bunk beds, which is smaller than it appears in the photo (the kids didn't mind, calling it the Cupboard similar to Harry Potter). Owners were very helpful with all questions regarding the property during our selection process as well as during our stay. Very relaxed and low key check in and check out process. Didn't use the beach chair/umbrella service available at the condo, but got great use of the pools, whirlpools and exercise room. Sand was great right outside the condo, and the kids enjoyed looking for shells along the beach. This location is very handicapped accessible on the second floor, not too far from the elevators, and close to the pedestrian walkway to the parking garage. Only drawback was the lady at the front desk issuing the parking pass upon arrival was not the friendliest person in the world and didn't seem to be "a people person" (my thoughts and my dad's thoughts when we had separate encounters with her). Even this was not a big deal, because after I got the parking pass, I didn't have to have any interactions with her. We enjoyed The Sandbar and Dusty's Oyster Bar ($5.99 and $4.99/dozen Oysters respectively). Good soft ice cream place about a mile west of the condo that the kids enjoyed. Had a very successful charter fishing trip with Sure Catch Charters. Would definitely recommend staying at this location to others.

  Owner response: I'm glad you guys had a great time! Renting directly from an owner certainly has it's advantages instead of using a big rental company (like the front desk). Check in is simple and through us, we are local folks ready to help should you need anything. We love being able to reccomend places to eat and fun things to do.   My husband and I took my 83 yr old Mother down for Thanksgiving and had such a good time, he and I decided to visit again on Spring Break this year. The condo is beautifully decorated and convenient to Pier Park and many favorite eating places. If you have too much sun and decide to stay in, the kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner. As I sat on the balcony I was able to see a school of Dolphins traveling by which was exciting. David and Lisa are super hosts and we thank them so much for letting us visit. We definitely plan on visiting again this summer.

  My family and I had a fantastic fall break! The condo was very clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed. My children especially loved their room (the bunk room), and my husband and I loved that the master bedroom was on the gulf side. Although a bit windy at times, the weather was even great. We can't wait to come back next year!

  Thank you David and Lisa, We had a wonderful week at your condo. It was newly renovated and looked wonderful. EVERYTHING in your description is 100% accurate. The West end of PCB seems so much more "low key" and relaxing, but is just minutes away from anything you'll need/want. We were within 5 miles of Pier Park and Gulf World. They provided beach towels, chairs, and toys. We are from the Gulf Coast of Alabama and the white sand and blue green water in PCB is amazing. We look forward to staying here on future trips. There were just so many good things to say I could go on all day. You will not be disappointed.

  David & Lisa, Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo! We could not have asked for a better place. We fell in love with the condo and even gained a lot of decorating tips, lol! The condo was beautiful and well stocked with towels and beach toys which we greatly appreciated. It felt like we were at home! I also loved how accessible you both were whenever we had a question. We could not have asked for two better people to rent from! Even though the weather wasn't the best since it did rain a few times when we were down there, there was plenty of other things to do in the condo and around the Celadon. Thanks for a great week! We really needed it!! Can't wait to come back!!

  David and Lisa, thank you so much for letting us rent your Condo July 9-16. My kids loved "their" room, and my husband and I enjoyed our view of the beach from our room. The closet in the one room was large enough to put a pack-n-play in for our 9 month old to sleep in, which was nice, since my in-laws were in the other bedroom. We were so thankful for all the kitchen appliances, kids beach toys, and chairs, so we didn't have to worry about bringing a lot of those things down w/us from IN and OH. It would be nice to come down again sometime and stay.
