My husband and I took my 83 yr old Mother down for Thanksgiving and had such a good time, he and I decided to visit again on Spring Break this year. The condo is beautifully decorated and convenient to Pier Park and many favorite eating places. If you have too much sun and decide to stay in, the kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner. As I sat on the balcony I was able to see a school of Dolphins traveling by which was exciting. David and Lisa are super hosts and we thank them so much for letting us visit. We definitely plan on visiting again this summer.

My family and I had a fantastic fall break! The condo was very clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed. My children especially loved their room (the bunk room), and my husband and I loved that the master bedroom was on the gulf side. Although a bit windy at times, the weather was even great. We can't wait to come back next year!

Thank you David and Lisa, We had a wonderful week at your condo. It was newly renovated and looked wonderful. EVERYTHING in your description is 100% accurate. The West end of PCB seems so much more "low key" and relaxing, but is just minutes away from anything you'll need/want. We were within 5 miles of Pier Park and Gulf World. They provided beach towels, chairs, and toys. We are from the Gulf Coast of Alabama and the white sand and blue green water in PCB is amazing. We look forward to staying here on future trips. There were just so many good things to say I could go on all day. You will not be disappointed.

David & Lisa, Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo! We could not have asked for a better place. We fell in love with the condo and even gained a lot of decorating tips, lol! The condo was beautiful and well stocked with towels and beach toys which we greatly appreciated. It felt like we were at home! I also loved how accessible you both were whenever we had a question. We could not have asked for two better people to rent from! Even though the weather wasn't the best since it did rain a few times when we were down there, there was plenty of other things to do in the condo and around the Celadon. Thanks for a great week! We really needed it!! Can't wait to come back!!

Awesome View and Close to the Beach!

David and Lisa, thank you so much for letting us rent your Condo July 9-16. My kids loved "their" room, and my husband and I enjoyed our view of the beach from our room. The closet in the one room was large enough to put a pack-n-play in for our 9 month old to sleep in, which was nice, since my in-laws were in the other bedroom. We were so thankful for all the kitchen appliances, kids beach toys, and chairs, so we didn't have to worry about bringing a lot of those things down w/us from IN and OH. It would be nice to come down again sometime and stay.

We stayed during the 4th of July week and what a great time we had! There were 7 of us in the unit - plenty of space for all. The fireworks were amazing along the beach (my kids have never seen so many fireworks all at once before). The weather and beach were perfect. We couldn't of asked for a more enjoyable time - very relaxing! We definitely will be back!

We stayed at David and Lisa's condo June 11-18, 2011. The condo was great! Beautiful view - right on the beach! We liked to have coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the waves before going to bed at night. It was so relaxing! We didn't want to leave. We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It had all the amenities you needed and more. The layout was perfect for multiple families. It was a perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family. David and Lisa were pleasant to deal with and available for our questions. Our family absolutely loved this condo! We stayed here during the middle of August 2010. David and Lisa have thought of everything one would need to enjoy this place. It's very tastefully decorated and in a great location. Private parking was right beneath the unit and very convenient. Beautiful view - right on the beach! We liked to have coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the waves before going to bed at night. It's just so relaxing! The unit was very spacious and had plenty of room for our family of five...definitely not cramped al all. The beach is just a few yards away. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants too. Jet skis, etc., are available for rental right on the beach as well. I've already recommended this condo to friends and family. We'd definitely be very happy to rent this unit again!

DON’T MISS OUT ON AN AMAZING VACATION!

Our family stayed in the 3 BR 3 BA condo July 17-24, 2010. This condo is absolutely AWESOME! At first, my family and I were concerned about staying on the 9th floor due to our fear of heights =) but the view makes it totally worth it! Each morning my mother and I enjoyed coffee on the HUGE balcony {which is fully furnished with very relaxing chairs and a high rise table that I LOVED! =)} and were able to watch dolphins swimming in the ocean which was AWESOME! The layout of the condo is GREAT for families because you are able to have your own privacy because it is VERY SPACIOUS. My niece (10 yrs old) and nephew (3 yrs old) thoroughly enjoyed the stay as much, if not more than the adults, because they were able to swim in both pools without dealing with a crowd of people or unruly teenagers or young adults (unlike at some of the other rentals properties in PCB). There are restrooms located at both pools which is a necessity with young children =). Our family has always vacationed in Panama City each year, but never stayed at Celadon prior to this visit. If you are searching for a FAMILY oriented resort, this is definitely the place for you! During our past visits at other rental properties in PCB, we did not like the “partying” atmosphere, but at Celadon you do NOT have to worry about that! This resort is VERY QUIET which made our stay very enjoyable! The security is GREAT. There are always security officers monitoring the private parking spaces under the resort and also the parking garage. The private parking space located under the resort is AWESOME because it is STEPS away from the elevator which means you do not have to carry your groceries, luggage, etc. very far. The condo is furnished with EVERYTHING you will need! In the laundry room, there are TONS of beach toys for kids which was FANTASTIC. David and Lisa are VERY helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. Thanks David and Lisa for allowing us to stay in your condo and to have the BEST vacation we have ever had in PCB! P.S. We look forward to renting from you again!

My sales office is on the first floor where I can see most everything that goes on. I'm proud to say that we are the most family oriented property on the beach. The staff, security and Celadon owners all work very hard to keep the great reputation that we've earned. The property is also recognized as being one of the cleanest most well maintained resorts in Panama City Beach. Most people come down to take their shoes off and relax, it should be clean! Sorry it took a couple of days to send this since our stay. We hit the ground running on our return home. We stayed at your Condo June 19-26th, and what a wonderful week we had! This was our first vacation with our children and their spouses, and our 2 1/2 year old grandson. Your Condo was perfect for our needs. We were so awed and excited when we first walked in and saw the spaciousness and how wonderfully decorated. It is a trip that will stay in our memories forever. Some of the highlights were being able to use the pool across the street, rafting on the waves and the views!!! I know that you personally didn't provide some of our extra moments--the awesome lightning storm, a double rainbow across the water, and spotting a sea turtle--but your condo allowed us to view them. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home. The car parking downstairs was a life saver for all of our beach items

Very clean, beautiful view, and convenient! We had an awesome time! The convenience of the beach was great for the kids and all of their beach toys. Great restaraunts at your fingertips. Don't forget to try Thomas's doghnuts! If you are not there at the crack of dawn there is a huge wait. Lisa and David thanks for sharing your home with us. Great stay in Panama City Beach

We just got home from a week there in your beautiful condo. We had a great time. This is our second year there but first in this unit. It was perfect for us. Loved the fact we had three full bedrooms and baths. Plus it was bigger in the main area. Also a lot easier to keep clean. It had everything we possibly needed for the week including everything imaginable for the beach. We like the fact that we are out of the traffic area but yet withing walking distance to things also. It is a great place to take your whole family of all ages. We never wanted to leave and hope to be able to come again next year. We love it there.

What a Vacation!!!

What an excellent vacation!!! Panama City Beach is so beautiful. This was our first trip. We were a little afraid of the oil but there was no oil at all. I'm so glad we didn't listen to the news. The condo was so comfortable and roomy. We felt right at home. The second floor is the best. You can see the beach and the water from the room and the best part is not having to wait for the elevator. It is so nice that David and Lisa are Panama City Beach residents. They had great suggestions about activities for us to do. We are already planning next year's trip. This was truly the best vacation we've ever had. The kids loved parasailing and snorkeling. There was so much to do it was hard to get everything done in just one week.

The condo was very lovely. I thought it was decorated beautifully and was VERY clean and modern. My husband and I really liked the double vanity in the master bath, as that is what we are used to at home. Loved it being on the beach and toward a quieter end of the strip in Panama City, but still convenient to everything. The owners were great on giving us directions and food/entertainment recommendations as well. Look forward to another stay there.

We stayed in David and Lisa's condo the week of 6-6-09 to 6-12-09. It was beautiful and just as described on the internet. She was always available if you had any questions. Very nice owners to deal with. We wanted for nothing the whole time we were there. It was like a home away from home. Definately will stay with them again next year or possibly again this year. This was a beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable condo right on the beach! We loved being on the 2nd floor so that we didn't have to wait on the elevators. We definitely recommend this property, and would stay here again!
