We are located ¼ mile south of the pier & ¾ mile north of world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach. Surf in the ocean and surf the web with our wireless high speed internet. Walk a few steps from the back patio across a lushly landscaped lawn until your toes are wiggling in the sand.
This is not your usual “cookie cutter” floor plan. The full sized laundry room and newly renovated kitchen with everything you’d expect to find plus a few extra amenities will make you feel like you’re in a home and not a sterile apartment/condo. Unit #102 includes one covered parking space and plenty more uncovered spaces for your guests. The Mark is a 40-unit, 5-story building that offers a homey atmosphere that the larger high-rise condos lack.
The spacious (40’ wide) screened-in, ground floor patio overlooks an expansive lawn that makes it convenient to romp with the kids or walk Fido without having to navigate a stairwell or elevator. Enjoy grilling your fresh catch (from the sea or from Publix just ½ mile away) right outside on your private grill. The heated pool is just outside the front door, making it extremely convenient to enjoy.
Port Canaveral (just a 5 minute drive north) offers deep sea fishing, cruise & casino ships, and a wide choice of dining options. Explore the nearby Kennedy Space Center. Ten minutes to the west on SR 520 you’ll find numerous restaurants, the Merritt Square Mall with movie theatres, and several other shopping opportunities. Don’t forget historic Cocoa Village too!
We are only a 45 minute drive to Orlando International Airport. Just a few minutes more will have you enjoying International Drive, the outlet malls, or the attractions at Universal, Sea World or Disney.

This is a lovely vacation condo! It has been thoughtfully and lovingly prepared for guests to enjoy their time at the beach. No detail has been overlooked, from the fully furnished kitchen with new appliances & granite countertops to the secure WiFi and cable TV. The building is located right on the beach, steps away from the Atlantic Ocean - and is near the heart of everything in Cocoa Beach, so you don't really need to take your car to get places. It is a well-maintained property with quality community facilities, and the others we met during our stay are friendly and polite. I have recommended this to my friends back home in the Upper Midwest (who this year are living through the Endless Winter) so I expect this place will be busy in the coming months!Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The unit is more spacious than we had imagined and feels very "homey". Every room has just the right extra touches to make it both comfortable and functional. My personal favorite is the kitchen, but then, I love to cook. We were surprised at how quiet the area is, being close to everything in Cocoa Beach. Not to mention how friendly the neighbors are. The owners are wonderful and very easy to work with. We can't wait to go back!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: After vacationing in Cocoa Beach for several years (and keeping an eye on the real estate market here), we decided to take the plunge in 2012 and invest in a place that our family of six (comprised of us, 3 adult children and our 13-yr old daughter who enjoys surfing) could enjoy. With 3 kids in their 20s, it's very difficult to get everyone's schedule to work - and when it does, it rarely lasts for long. Having a condo in Cocoa Beach (just an hour away from our Winter Park home) enables us to have mini-vacations with our family and our dogs.
Why the Owner Chose The Mark:
We love the Mark's cozy atmosphere, wonderful location, and unique floor plan. You'll soon discover how amazingly peaceful it is here. After shopping for a beach retreat for 5 years, we believe the Mark's pool area has the most resort-like feel, with its lush landscaping, than all the other places we considered.
