You can also enjoy the sunset off the second balcony overlooking the inter coastal waterway. You are close to the center of town so you can enjoy all the shops and restaurants, but far enough away that the beach will feel like your very own. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony with ocean view. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking inter coastal waterway. There is a full bathroom on the upper level as well as a full bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you will need. It has a breakfast bar and a dining area. The main living room is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen tv. You can walk out the patio doors to a private patio with ocean views. There is a garage with a washer and dryer. There are beach chairs and beach towels ready to use either at the beach or the gated community swimming pool. This town home is a great place to come and enjoy the relaxing life of a quaint beach community. Great location. Has all of your basic amenities just needs you and your family to enjoy. We spent 4nights here with our 3 1/2 yr old daughter, she loved having her own room with a tv. Photos are very accurate, good size rooms,clean and attractively decorated. Super close and easy access to the beach, pool located 2 doors down. Nice town w variety of restaurants and ice cream shops. Located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, so quick travels for things to do on rainy days. The beach views are amazing. Comfortable beds, lots of storage, garage with storage and washer and dryer. We definitely hope to come back to Flagler Beach and use this condo again. Traveled from Orlando after doing the Disney parks for 2 days. So peaceful and relaxing. Great place to reconnect with your family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: I grew up in Flagler Beach and enjoyed it very much. My wife and I still have family in the area and enjoy coming to visit and bringing our children so they can enjoy it as well.
Why the Owner Chose Flagler Beach:
We bought this town house because we love Flagler Beach and the quaint beachside town that it is. It is close to great golf courses in Palm Coast and The Hammock Dunes. The location is close to all of our favorite places to visit including, St. Augustine, Marine Land, Cape Canaveral, Orlando, and Jacksonville.
