Lovely, comfortable, sunny and bright Corpus Christi Ranch Home. Vaulted Ceilings, wood floors in living area, carpeted bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV, walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. This home offers a split floor plan which affords you and your guests privacy. Guest bedroom also has a queen bed and full bathroom. Den has comfortable swivel chairs and is a great place for reading or just quiet time. Den is equipped with a TV and desk. Living room has a large sofa, two rocker chairs with ottomans, ceiling fan and a 40 inch TV. Kitchen with breakfast bar is fully stocked and adjoins the dining area with pub-style table and chairs. Laundry area is separate. House has wireless internet and cable. The lanai is off the living room and has an extended area for sunbathing or watching the sunset.
The Village of Duval is geographically centrally located to all three town squares in The Villages, many golf courses, several pools and recreational centers.
Home is completely stocked with linens and starter paper products. Daily Sun newspaper is delivered each morning for you to read with your morning coffee.
Owner's golf cart is available for use during your stay. With the golf cart you are within minutes from restaurants, movies, entertainment on the squares, pools, golf courses, shopping.
All utilities are included. A temporary Villages ID is available for a one-time fee of $50 for two people. This affords the renter the same amenities as the owner. Village IDs will be provided by owner for long-term rental (3 months or more).
