A boat ramp is less than two minutes away.

The house is located on the Indian River which is the last canal off of the Crystal River (at Twin Rivers Marina) before the Crystal River opens up into the Gulf of Mexico.

The Crystal River has multiple marinas with live bait, tackle, and refreshments. Or maybe you would rather sip a frozen daiquiri at one of the many boat accessible tiki huts or restaurants. Casino river cruises, deep water fishing tours, dive trips, boat rentals, and golf are also available in Crystal River.
