SLEEPING: Sleeps up to 8. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the loft has a bunk bed and 2 twin beds.
LIVING AREA: This unit has mountain views from the livingroom and about 1500 sq ft of living space. The living room has a sofa, love seat, and recliner. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 people.
ENTERTAINMENT: There is a 40in flat panel LCD TV, blu-ray player, surround sound, and free streaming movies in the living room. There are also TVs and DVD/VCR players in the bedrooms and loft, as well as a wireless internet connection. This unit has movies, puzzles, games, air hockey table, and a game system for the kids.
LAYOUT: This is a three-level townhome with the entrance on the first floor. The first floor has both bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen) and one full bath, the second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room and 2nd full bath, and the third floor is the loft (with a bunk bed and 2 single beds), which is open in to the living room by a half wall.
KITCHEN: The unit has a well-equipped kitchen with a nice layout. We love to cook and keep everything you need for making great meals. There is a brand new convection range, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, and coffee maker. We also keep a cabinet stocked with the basic supplies for cooking including flour, sugar, salt, pepper, baking powder, baking soda, and lots of spices.
DECK: There is a nice deck off the livingroom with a gas BBQ and a teak table and 4 chairs. It is a great place to hang out in the summer.
PARKING: There is plenty of on site parking right outside the unit.
SWIMMING: The complex has a hot tub, swimming pool, and a sauna.
LAUNDRY: There is a small stacking washer/dryer in the unit as well as a full laundry room in the condo complex.
PETS: We allow dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies) for a small additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you want to bring your dog.

About the owner: My family, which includes my wife and two kids (pictured above), all love to ski and board. We live in Los Angeles and come up to Mammoth whenever we can. We have grown quite fond of Mammoth in the summer as well when we discovered how great it is up there in the summer.
Why the Owner Chose Woodlands: We chose this property because it is in a gorgeous complex with lots of mature trees, the unit has a great layout with lots of space, and the complex is in a great location near the center of town and right on the shuttle route.
